Located in the charming Puerto Vallarta Romantic Zone, the heart of the city's shopping, dining and entertainment zone, our "Pinnacle Resorts 220" allow guests to walk to the best of the city. We are located just two short blocks from the iconic Los Muertos Beach where visitors find restaurants, beach clubs, bars, water-sports and activities.

The Security Sucks

Though the place was clean and the maid came by every day. The Front desk was good in helping check in and check out. But coming in after a night out was the most horrible experience not only for me but for some friends who were also staying in the building. In my case I came home one night to a locked door as the security to either buzz me in or open the side door ( which during the day was always wide open). He told me to walk around to the front of the building and buzz my self in. I did walk around to the front and tried to buzz in using my room key card but for some reason it did not work. So I ask him to come open up... the security kept yelling to try the card and after several attempt I kept telling him it was not working. So he finally got up walk over to the door , reach thru the bars and grab my hand and took the card out of it.. Which completely stunned me.... Luckily I was not alone. I will never stay here again... Not only did he assault me but on another night I heard he verbal assaulted my friend staying in a lower floor unit. Its worst treatment from someone who is suppose to be service you with entry into a place you paid top dollar for.
