Classic Parisian apartment. Perfect for Olympics. Paris center. Family friendly.

I am franco-american and fluent in Spanish. So are my two lovely children. I spent some of my childhood in Egypt and arrived in Paris when I was 6. Lived in Spain, Australia, London, US. But Paris is my home town. I have traveled around the world personally and professionally thanks to a career in the beauty and art industry. And try to transmit the travelling virus to my kids. I have hosted for a long time and love making sure my guests are happy in my home. I tried to make it pretty and cosy through out the years. I feel safe and calm in this apartment and hope my guests feel the same. It cannot be perfect because we live in it but we do our best to keep it in good state. It is always a pleasure to meet new people and from different horizons, and I do my best to adapt. My place is your place.

I chose to buy this apartment after having rented an apartment a couple of blocks away. This area is absolutely amazing because of its location in Paris. Right in the middle. It is close to the Palais Royal and Tuileries gardens and the Louvre. There are tones of restaurants. Shopping areas (Grands Magasins, rue Saint Honoré...) and cinemas / theatres are 5 mins away and it is very well served in terms of public transportations. At lunch during the week it is bubbling of workers from fashion, media, digital, finance companies as there are so many places to have a quick meal. On week ends, much calmer with families and tourists. But also a lot of young people who come here for famous Japanese and Asian food and bubble teas. In 10 min you will find the Seine for lovely walks or to cross it and land in famous Saint Germain des Prés.

My home is a typical Haussmannian apartment. So the classic Parisian place. It is high and luminous. Relatively quiet. Mostly companies are in the building so we are free to move around and play without bothering anyone. Especially in the evenings and week-ends. It is a very pleasant place and most people who stay here are happy with the positive energy that it has. It is a family friendly place so children can feel free to play and have fun.
