Unit Layout

Villa Eos is a spacious and elegantly furnished vacation rental spanning approximately 300 m² across 3 levels, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa's stylish interiors are complemented by bright, open spaces and high-quality furnishings distributed thoughtfully throughout each floor.

On the main level, the living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, offering a welcoming and refined atmosphere. Adjacent to it, a large open kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering, featuring an oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a central cooking island. From the main level, a pergola leads out to the patio and the swimming pool area.

On the lower ground floor, 2 bedrooms are each configured with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Each of these rooms benefits from its own private shower and WC, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace. An additional shower and WC is also available on this floor, and underfloor heating provides warmth throughout.

The upper floor hosts the third bedroom, also furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and equipped with both air conditioning and forced-air heating. This room opens onto a large terrace and also benefits from underfloor heating. The upper floor terrace offers a marvellous panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, and the valley.
