• Emplacement unique avec fantastique vue panoramique sur la mer à 180 degrés, dans la station balnéaire haut de gamme de Javea. Vue dominante sur la magnifique plage d'Ambolo, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer vers Moraira et Calpe. Endroit calme, toute la journée ensoleillée, orientée plein sud.
• 5 chambres doubles très confortables et luxueuses, toutes avec vue sur la mer (3 avec salle de bains moderne). Air conditionné dans toutes les chambres. 10 + 2 personnes (canapé-lit double). Option pour 2 lits pliants, permettant de dormir jusqu'à 14. Option pour les lits de camp.
• 10mx5m grande piscine surplombant la mer, avec WC dans le pool house et douche extérieure. Sélection d'espaces extérieurs par la piscine pour bronzer, y compris 2 zones couvertes avec mobilier de jardin pour se détendre et profiter de la vue. 2 barbecues.
• Grande salle de séjour double hauteur impressionnante, avec 3 grands canapés, cheminée, WiFi, TV à écran plat, console de jeu, TV satellite (Sky News, TNT français), TNT espagnol. Coin salon séparé. Les deux avec vue sur la mer. Air conditionné (froid et chaud).
• Salles à manger intérieures et extérieures, avec vue panoramique sur la mer. Terrasses couvertes hors des espaces de vie, toutes avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer.
• Cuisine (avec plaque à induction, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, four, réfrigérateur double, cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire). De la cuisine, accès à la terrasse extérieure avec vue sur la mer et barbecue.
• Villa sur 3 niveaux, avec un jardin en terrasses avec pins méditerranéens et palmiers. Escaliers à la maison du niveau de la rue et à la terrasse de la piscine. Ne convient pas pour fauteuil roulant. Pas dérangé par le phare du Cap de la Nau.
• Buanderie avec machine à laver.
• Air conditionné froid / chaud inclus dans les prix. La maison peut être chauffée au besoin par la climatisation (veuillez noter que les radiateurs ne sont pas utilisés).


• Remarque: la plage d'Ambolo a été fermée pour des raisons de sécurité.

The views are to die for

The views are spectacular, the house is positioned on a hill you are not overlooked. Despite a few teething issues all was resolved very promptly thanks to the owner Isabel who was brilliant in responding. The house is well appointed and has everything you could ask for. There are a series of steps to get down to the various levels so would be difficult for an elderly person or young children. However the views are gorgeous and worth the decline.

Unforgettable Memories

Isabel's and Sylvain's villa was probably the best decision we could have made for accommodation in Javea. It has everything you can imagine: Incredible views over the Mediterranean sea on both floors (and one bedroom), a very large pool (too bad it can't be lit at night, but I'm certainly one of the very few night swimmers ;), huge terraces, a fireplace and even two barbecue areas. The property is huge: there are 5 bedrooms on two levels and even a small, second living room! The price is an absolute bargain, especially if you occupy this space with a large family or friends. Over the years, a few things are of course no longer in mint condition (a former guest had complained on Vrbo about this), but from my own experience I can say: not every guest takes good care of things and therefore it is impossible to keep such a large property in owner condition. However, the service in case of problems was excellent and as I said, Isabel and Sylvain rent at a more than fair price! We would be happy to stay at the villa again.

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The property is stunning and the view, breathtaking. The house was set up well for a number of families as each room has its own bathroom and there are plenty of communal areas and space. We had great fun in and around the pool. I would definitely recommend staying here and would book to stay here again. Isabel has been a fantastic host. If you are thinking of booking, there are some things to be aware of - - There are a lot of stairs from the kitchen area to the pool, if you struggle with stairs or have small children this may be tricky. We ended up getting a cool bag and taking drinks and food to the pool side. - The kitchen is small, but it has everything you need. - A car is essential in this area. - Make sure you read the welcome pack on arrival, it’s got some key info in it about your hot water and it’s also really informative. I saw in a previous review that they said the property needed updating. There are some updates required but it’s nowhere near as bad as the review stated. The house is authentic, which we loved. Over all, a thoroughly wonderful place and wonderful hosts.

Beautiful stay with family

We loved the pictures and location of this home. We were traveling with our family to celebrate milestone birthdays, anniversaries and events. We chose Javea because my Scottish grandparents had retired here in the 1960' until late 70's. We kept this property a secret until we arrived. We wanted the family to be surprised and they certainly were!! From the drive to the address, catching glimpses of the sea, to the entry from the road....they were all excited and in awe of the beautiful landscape and plants. Enterring the house was overwhelming because it was even more beautiful than the pictures. The view is breathtaking from every room! This house is like a resort and we felt like celebrities to have such a wonderful space all to ourselves. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our time here together. We found great grocery stores and restaurants within 5 minutes to 20 minutes drive. We went to Valencia twice for a paella cooking class and silk scarf painting class. We went to surrounding beaches amd exploed some of the rocky coasts. During our stay, Isabel was in contact with us frequently and the check in and check out was very simple. There were suggestions for restaurants and lots of information about the area. I highly recommend this home and I cant wait to return!! Thank you Isabel for being a wonderful host and allowing us to experience your beautiful home!!

VILLA NEEDS UPGRADING

Although the views are stunning , the actual villa itself is VERY tired. We contacted the owner who does not live in Spain and an agent Nicole was sent asking us to wattsapp our grievances. 27 pictures of complaints were sent showing stained linen, cushions , seats, rugs, poor general maintenace, even some bedrooms smelling of drains or damp, lights not working, kitchen doors broken, cracked and worn furniture...the list is endless. We had no hot water in one room and we were told a plumber would come but they didnt. This villa needs some TLC and money spent on it as the photos that are advertised are not what the villa is in reality. We were SO disappointed in the poor attention to detail. This villa is a money maker for the owner who has not put any of that money back into the property for years in order to make it a pleasant experience for their guests. Although it has huge potential , I would not recommend anyone to stay there until the maintenance and refresh of the property is complete.

Unbezahlbare Aussicht - Horizont von links bis rechts

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der wundervollen Villa Agavea, in Javea. Wir waren 7 Personen, 3 Erwachsene und 4 Teenager. Wir hatten eine unglaubliche Zeit. Buchung, Anreise von Valencia und Check-In waren unkompliziert und perfekt vorbereitet. Die 3 Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit eigenem Bad waren top saniert. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Nette Restaurants in Javea und Take Away vom Inder Everest Spice bei der eigenen unbezahlbaren Aussicht waren wirklich toll. Überall sind auch schattige Bereiche, auch Naturschatten, wenn die Sonne zu heiß wird. Großer toller Pool zum Erfrischen. Kleine Buchten in Wandernähe. Kontakt zu Vermietern herzlich und sofort erreichbar. Ein guter großer Supermarkt Consum in der Nähe, bietet alles was man braucht. Wir kommen wieder. Danke Isabel!

Incredible! Better than the photos

Breathtaking entrance. Gorgeous views. Absolutely incredible! Isabel is a perfect host. She provided everything that we needed. I can’t get over the views, the setting, the comfort of the home. So many sections to the home that there was enough privacy . I managed to do my workout on the terrace without bothering anyone. Someone could be by the pool, someone else could meditate in the second living room. Incredible. My review wouldn’t even do it justice. Note: the building works are happening but we were lucky that it didn’t coincide with relaxing events. Other than that the great views trump the disturbance (beyond the control of anyone) I would return in a heartbeat 💕
