The first bedroom is a double room complete with a private bathroom featuring a bath, shower, bidet, and WC, as well as individual air conditioning and forced-air heating. The second room offers 4 sleeping facilities and is served by a bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC, also equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The third double bedroom includes 1 bed measuring 140 cm and a bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC. All 3 bedrooms have independent access exclusively from the patio of the house, with no internal connecting door between the floors. Each bedroom opens directly onto the terrace, offering a consistent connection to the outdoor spaces. A separate WC is also available within the property.
