Beautiful luxury villa with swimming pool and private garden, surrounded by the green countryside of Ostuni.
The villa features fine finishes and is furnished with the utmost attention to detail. The entrance opens onto the bright living area with sofa, dining table and modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and espresso machine. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, which consists of four bedrooms: two with queen-size beds, one with two bunk beds and one with a single bed and one pull-out to form an additional queen-size bed. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.
The large outdoor spaces are the jewel of the property, with the typical structure of old colonial houses. The garden surrounds the entire villa and at the back is a tiled patio with pergola where you can relax and access to the pool, perfect for hot summer days.
Here there is also an outdoor shower and a service bathroom with sink and toilet, inside which there is also a washing machine.

Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Itria Valley. Its blindingly white, immense historic center culminates in the Cathedral (600 meters from the apartment) that soars over the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park, and a crystal-clear sea. Characteristic are its narrow streets, the Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away), and the column of St. Oronzo that majestically protects the town.
Its countryside stretches into the heart of the Itria Valley. A few kilometers away is Ceglie Messapica, a center of tradition and enogastronomy; Cisternino, a village recognized as one of the most beautiful in Italy; and Alberobello, whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnatia, Monopoli, and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic center and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while proceeding south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westward there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally to Matera, characteristic of its Sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.
Brindisi Airport is a 40-minute drive away, while Bari International Airport is 100 km away.
