Great condo!

This is an excellent property. The condo is clean, has a nice lay out and is perfectly located to many golf courses, baseball games, restaurants, walking paths, shopping and anything else you would want to do. Liked that the condo was so close to the pool area. Owners have taken care of the property and were very helpful. We hope to rent again. We highly recommend this condo. We stayed the month of March.

5-Star Stay - Highly Recommended

I stayed at this property for 3 months this summer, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Tempe. The property was clean, well-maintained, and even better than the photos. The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Location was great too - central location only about 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix. Close to several golf courses and tourist destinations. The condo itself had all the amenities I could ask for, including a fully equipped kitchen, tv's with streaming in each room, pool/exercise area right outside the condo, comfortable beds, and much more. Can't wait to return for another stay!

Perfect location for everything we had to do while in Tempe. Debbie and Chris were easy to work with and responsive when we had to reach out to them with questions. Will stay here again.

AZ stay

This was our second year to choose this property. Unfortunately, our last. The condo is clean and well appointed with a good a/c. The 2nd morning of our stay, there started a LOUD boom noise which went on from 7:30am-9:30am. The first boom shook the roof and we thought it was an explosion or a sonic boom! We reached out to the owner's and they were responsive but the conversation felt condescending as if we were over reacting or making it up. A couple of neighbors heard the sound and were concerned. It seems there was something the matter with the hot tub mechanism and the firing off had something to do with the mechanism in the control house. But, it was extremely loud and went on for two hours. The pool hours are 10am-10pm. It seems the maintenance crew doesn't get that! We were relaxing by the pool around 10:30-11:00am, before it got too hot as there were no umbrella's in the pool area and little shade. The maintenance guy started his loud gas leaf blower and walked around blowing leaves and dirt around the pool area while another guy started to power wash the pool deck and lounger's! Really? This should not be happening during pool hours guys and especially if there are people near your blower's!! Common sense. No real supervision of the maintenance staff. The other pool area was dirty with piles of dirt and leaves all along the edge and the pool furniture was falling apart. But, at least the whirlpool spa was hot-ish because the one near us was cold!

Great property and great location

Excellent property. The unit is in great shape. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. Very convenient location next to the pool area. South Tempe has a good number of green spaces within a short distance of this property, and walking trails are abundant. Our host was very accessible. Highly recommended.

Cannot say enough good things about this place!!

Everything about this rental was perfect. My wife and I just spent a week here and commented to each other multiple times a day how happy we were with our accommodations. The location, the neighborhood, neighborsn the pool, how well stocked and outfitted the place is, the comfort, the cleanliness, the owners communication and help, just everything, wasall Supreme! We will definitely look for this units availability first anytime we return to the area.

Beautiful and clean condo

Great stay at the condo; comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and well-stocked kitchen. Debbie & Chris are great hosts and answered all questions in a timely manner! The grounds of the complex could have been better attended as sidewalks were littered with dog urine and grilling area surfaces were greasy and unkept; would only need someone to regularly tidy up. It was wonderful to be lounging by the pool with ample umbrellas and chairs. We would book again. Thanks!!

Loved it

The property was beautiful, well appointed and organized. Dealings with the owners were trouble free. The only downside was the common area pool was not heated. The area provided countless opportunities, including restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. The neighborhood was clean and safe. We would definitely return to this property.

Very comfortable

Tempe resort living

Place was very comfortable for my 2 week stay. Bed was comfy, tv had lots of viewing options, and I enjoyed the dogpark & pool view. The covered parking spot was a bit of a walk, but I was sometimes able to park nearby in a free space. Would definitely recommend!

Great for R & R

We actually booked a property farther south but had to move due to unexpected renovations. Found this property and was able to check in the day after booking. Very clean and comfortable. Also very quiet. We sat and read during the day with the French doors to the patio open. So pleasant. Would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

Overall, this was a great place! Best stocked VRBO I have ever had, including kitchen items and lines. Location was great, close to stores and I-10. Rental was easy to book, great communication with owner. We enjoyed the amenities including the pool, workout facilities, and tennis courts.

My husband Chris and I have been vacationing in Arizona for the past 8 years and enjoy the sunny & warm weather in this area known as "The Valley of the sun." We live in an area where one experiences colder temperatures during the winter months & more inclement weather. Our stay in Tempe Arizona, allows us to enjoy the many outdoor activities this area offers, especially our love of golf.

Since we have been coming to Tempe annually, we thought it prudent to purchase a unit we can use more frequently. Our location in Tempe, couldn't be better. We are 10 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbour Airport, in close proximity to The Chicago Cubs Spring Training Facility, Scottsdale, Shopping, Dining, Hiking & Walking trails and many golf courses. From this location, one can also entertain day trips to the various & unique sights Arizona has to offer.

The location of our unit is supreme, as the suite boasts a magnificent view from the balcony which overlooks the large pool, hot tub & tennis court . The unit actually has a view of most of the Recreation amenities.
This is a 5 star location that will keep you wanting to come back "year-after-year !"
