Venga a disfrutar de esta joya de retiro que ha sido meticulosamente remodelada y decorada de forma impresionante. La enorme sala cuenta con más de 900 pies cuadrados que incorporan bellamente una cocina gourmet con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, un comedor encantador, espaciosa sala familiar con puertas francesas al patio y un centro de entretenimiento con chimenea.

La gran suite principal tiene una cama king-size, una sala de estar contigua y un vestidor "adecuado para bailes de salón" y un patio privado con vista al campo de golf. El baño principal cuenta con tocadores dobles, cuarto de baño independiente y ducha a ras de suelo de baldosas de piso a techo.

Alternativamente, el baño de visitas tiene tocadores dobles y una bañera de hidromasaje. Ambos baños están lujosamente equipados con encimeras de granito, placas para salpicaduras de azulejos de vidrio y grifos de la marca Jacuzzi. Las habitaciones están amuebladas con una cama queen-size, tocador y televisión.

Los entusiastas del aire libre disfrutarán de una barbacoa en el gran patio cubierto mientras disfrutan de las maravillosas vistas del extenso campo de golf y dos fuentes brillantes. This property is just as advertised! Very clean, open floor plan and easy to find! Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked! The oranges on the tree in the yard were delicious and an excellent bonus! Would stay here again next time!

Great location to enjoy Sun City golf.

My husband and I wanted to explore Sun City. This was a perfect location. We played golf five times over our ten day stay. We also enjoyed hosting our son’s family from Flagstaff for one night. Plenty of room, sizable kitchen, delicious oranges, available golf cart, and convenient to stores. We’re looking forward to retuning next year.

Getting out of the cold for a Golfing Month

This property was everything we needed. The layout was great and it was pet friendly. Nice area to walk our dog. It was easy to communicate with our host Vicky when checking in and out. When sitting on the patio in the evening we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets.

Nicely remodeled home!

The house is nicely appointed, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The low fence in the backyard was a great play area for our small dog to explore. We did keep an eye on her, knowing that there are predator in the area. We loved the spacious kitchen island!

Great place & great host

The house was very clean and spaciousm exactly as pictured. Vicky was very responsive to the couple of questions asked of her. I would definitely stay here again.The one bad review posted earlier seems totally bogus to me. The kitchen was spotless and free of clutter.The beds were very comfortable. My wife and I stayed for nine days while visiting family in the area. We walked in the neighborhood nearly everyday, though I regret I did not have time to take advantage of the golf course right out the back door.

On the golf course

The location was perfect for us since it was close to family and a friendly, quiet neighborhood. The house is very well equipped with kitchen equipment and linens, very nicely decorated and has small things like salt, pepper, sugar and coffee. We enjoyed picking the oranges and grapefruit in the backyard and our dog liked the grass yard. The patio was very comfortable and we enjoyed being able to use the gas grill.

Large Home

Laundry room had mice droppings at the door underneath a stack of chairs. Two empty refrigerators, one very loud as it was running. Cluttered; not clean like photo. Master bedroom’s comforter was soiled and in need of cleaning. Very large pee stain on carpet at bathroom entrance along with soiled carpet throughout. Great room had several drops of liquid on the floors which were dirty. Outside bird droppings should have been cleaned up before renting. Garage cluttered and floor was dirty. Kitchen sink was not cleaned. Cupboards and refrigerator held open food boxes and jars that the property manager did remove for us. Outside patio was not welcoming and arranged; gas grill was undesirable. I took photos of all of the above. I was not comfortable and do not know what has happened since prior reviews noted how clean it was. We are frequent VRBO renters and this has never happened to us.

I’ve been renting this home for nearly seven years. I’ve received 36 reviews (33 five-star, and 3 four-star) prior to Karen J’s stay. Her comments were simply not true. Upon her day-late arrival she called with a litany of complaints. I immediately drove to the property to address her issues. The evening she arrived, she was angry, tired, and according to her husband, they had suffered through a very long and difficult trip. What Karen termed as “clutter” are amenities that other guests enjoy (e.g. toaster, coffee-maker, Keurig, etc.) I offered her two choices: 1) Since she seemed so unhappy, I would call VRBO with her right then and there and offer her a full refund so she didn’t have to stay where she was uncomfortable, or 2) I could remove the items that she didn’t want in the property since she travelled with all her own appliances and wanted to use the space for them. Her husband calmed her down and suggested they “sleep on it.” I removed the items and asked them to call me in the morning when they had made their decision. I told them I strive to give my guests a five-star vacation stay. Later that evening, Karen sent me a text which said, “Thank you for your excellent customer service tonight. We ARE staying here for the week.” I received no negative feedback during the rest of their stay. The only reason I can find for this scathing review was that these guests decided to leave a day early and wanted a refund for that night. Needless to say, I would not rent to these guests again.

Sun City Stat

The vacation house was big, well furnished, and very comfortable. We stayed here at one of the hottest times of the year. Our biggest hurdle was to acclimate to the climate and to the area. It is quite a bit different than what we are accustomed to. We were right on the golf course. My wife enjoyed watching the coyotes that traversed the area. They don’t seem to bother anyone. There is a pack that inhabits the open spaces around the water fountain. We were glad there was a block wall around the back yard; although, only 3 feet tall, it was very interesting. Overall we had a good stay.

Vrbo asks if it would be helpful to refer a “community “ to this property. First off you are separating us suggesting that we are different communities. Race and sexual orientation do not qualify you more than single white male of a community status. Human community. I would have my mother stay here. Was that helpful? You needed more input. Sun City Gem

We were so lucky to find this beautiful Sun City home. It was so spacious, clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities. The owner was wonderful and really knows how to prepare a home for guests. It was a quiet and clean neighborhood close to great shopping and restaurants. This will always be our first choice in the future when traveling to AZ.

Great home and great Sun City location!

The house was amazing, nicely remodeled with lots of room to spread out with the kids and grandkids! We had a great stay in Sun City where we have other family and had plenty of room for six of us and 2 grandkids. The patio and backyard on the gold course was very nice and we had a nice cookout and were able to enjoy the evening. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Neighbors were also very nice and provided a baby pool for the grandkids to enjoy! All in all a great experience and would definitively come back again! Thanks for sharing your home!

I was born in Illinois and spent my high school and early college years in Wisconsin. During that time, my parents moved to Arizona to enjoy the warmer winters. By the early 1980's, I decided to join them. With an MBA from Ottawa University, I worked in the banking industry for many years; however, my business love was in real estate. As an Arizona Realtor for nearly 40 years now, I’ve helped many clients buy, sell, and rent properties across this beautiful state. Although I have traveled to over a hundred cities in more than 20 countries, I still love coming home to Arizona. I hope my vacation guests feel the same way.

I purchased this 1960's property in late-2015 in order to renovate it. With the help of an architect, a structural engineer, and a collection of contractors, we transformed four small rooms (including a galley kitchen) into one spectacular great room. Two other small rooms were combined to make a large master suite complete with sitting room and huge closet. I love re-using, renovating, and repurposing and this project provided an opportunity for me to do all three. From floors and baseboards to tile and ceiling fans, I was able to use my power-tools to complete the transformation and staging. If you read the reviews of prior guests, you will learn this is now a lovely, updated, and comfortable home away from home.

With nearly 3,000 square feet, this home is larger than most on this golf course. It is on a corner lot with ample parking. Once inside, guests immediately enjoy the flexibility this much space provides to gather together in the great room for fun and dining or to separate into the large bedrooms for privacy or individual TV use. This home is centrally located in Arizona allowing easy day trips to multiple destinations. It is within 25 minutes of Lake Pleasant where one can enjoy boating, jet-skiing, and fishing or a two-hour drive to Flagstaff to enjoy snow skiing, sledding, and snowmobiling - in the winter, of course. The neighborhood is a quiet adult community with multiple recreation centers sporting indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness equipment, tennis courts, pickle ball, bocci, and over 130 specialty clubs. If you enjoy playing cards, painting, pottery, wood-working, or vintage cars, there's a club for that. Come check them out.
