Jolie Cosy Apartment with A/C near best beaches

"Jolie Apartment" It has been recently renovated with a fully equipped kitchen and a fairly modern decor. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is AIR CONDITIONING in all rooms to maintain an ideal temperature even on the hottest days. There is a table in the kitchen which comfortably seats 4 people where you can have lunch or dinner! From the master bedroom you can access a small balcony with seating for two. From there you have breathtaking views of the village of Monterosso and the sea.
 
It is ideal for 4 people, (4 adults) but ideally it would be perfect for 2 adults with 2 kids !  

The price of cleaning includes 60 euros for linen.
