Apartment just a few meters from Levante beach, Benidorm. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and capacity for 4 people.

Accommodation of 65 m² cosy and very bright, it has a large terrace with partial sea and city views.



It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, 1 Smart TV, iron, hairdryer.

The open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob is equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in takes place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash alternatively.

- Check-in from 16:30h (high season from 18:00h)

- Check out before 11:00h

Lovely place but be aware of key location

Great location, everything we needed in the apartment. No issues If u book this please be aware the keys are at a different location which is awful at best. We arrived early hours of the morning, didn't get the code to access the keys until 5 hours later as I had no wifi so we were sitting out all night until somewhere opened where I could use wifi and get code to access keys. We were not told we had to pay a deposit either which was so annoying

Lovely apartment and great location.

Apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was on 2nd floor with a large balcony which was great for people watching as on main street, above Andy's bar. Compact kitchen but had everything needed. Kettle tripped switches on 2nd day and after reporting this to office, courier delivered new Kettle about an hour later. On departure instead of having to walk all the way to the office to drop off keys, we were able to leave them in apartment, which was very helpful. There is some noise from the strip at night but never bothered us, but this is reduced once doors and shutters closed . Apartment can 4, with sofa bed in lounge, but I personally think it is a bit small for 4 adults and would say for comfort, 2 adults and 1 child at most. Overall we loved apartment and very good value for money, and would recommend for a couple, particularly if you like to be near all amenities. Bathroom sink leaking and needs repaired.

Perfect place for a few nights stay.

Perfect location for us. Would be happy to stay here again. Only thing I can think of that I didn't like was having to pick the keys up from the booking office and the lift! We used stairs as much as we could because we didnt like the lift.

Great break away

Great location, on the small side for more than 2 people but we weren't in there for long. Was noisy at time with the bars scraping the chairs along the floor early in the morning instead of just picking them up! Everything worked, we had no issues. Having to drop the key off so far away!

Fantastic experience

Location and balcony was the highlight seen the whole of fiesta loved it It was on the small side and if you are a light sleeper it can be noisy but that did not impact on me we all loved it
