Location was perfect

Location was perfect. Shower and cubicle need replacing as does the fridge. The whole appartment is very tired and needs an overhaul internally.

Would not go back.

Nice apartment but very noisy. And very small shower can't even bend down in it .tv small towels small apart from that ok Bigger shower and tv and towels. Having a word with restaurants anderneath apartments about banging tables and chairs every morning between 6.15 and 7.00 and opening roof shutters .als needd no doors.

The appartment was centrally located on the seafront of Levante beach

The appartment was centrally located on the seafront of Levante beach. It is above a restaurant and there was only light noise up till about 10pm. We were given clean linen and towels once a week. It had just had a new washing machine installed the day we arrived. There were just a few minor things that we would have liked but overall we couldn&#39t complain. The bedroom is a bit small but has two double built in wardrobes.

Great location There was construction work in the block and was woken up at 8am with the banging and drilling. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable. Some items were damaged. Would be good to have a list before you entryfor someone to come and check with you.

Hallo Cindy, de waarheid is dat het, zoals je zegt, erg goed gelegen is. De appartementen bieden in eerste instantie geen wijnglazen aan vanwege hun kwetsbaarheid. Waarschijnlijk hebben de eigenaren of vorige klanten ze gekocht, aangezien we de appartementen voorzien van zoveel benodigde gebruiksvoorwerpen als de capaciteit van het appartement. Wat betreft de bank, bedankt voor het melden, deze is al gewijzigd. Een hartelijke groet, we hopen u snel te zien.

La ubicación Tener que dejar 200 euros de fianza para que te puedan dar las llaves pero a la hora de devolución tardan según me han dicho 4 o 5 días o incluso más no lo veo bien que tú tengas que dar una fianza el día que entras y tarden tanto en devolverla

Gracias por haberse hospedado con nosotros. La fianza es parte de la reserva, pero en ningún caso es un abuso. No somos un hotel y los apartamentos no tienen vigilancia. Esta expuesto en las condiciones. Lamentablemente se debe exigir ya que no todos los huéspedes respetan y cuidan de las cosas como se debería. En función del banco (ya que no es un cobro sino una retención) puede tardar un poco más en verse reflejado. Un saludo y gracias de nuevo.

Views from apartment were amazing!

Everything was perfect. Location is amazing right on levante beach front. The only thing was we weren&#39t told about the work that was going on in some of the apartments beside and above us so we were woke every morning at 8am with work men hammering and banging.

Se paga la ubicación

La ubicación sin duda, primera línea de playa y la terraza, amplia y con mesa para poder hacer allí las comidas. El apartamento era bastante viejo, a excepción de los muebles del salón. Alguna puerta estaba descascarillada, las ventanas se desencajaban o no se movían bien. El toldo está oxidado y da la sensación de que se va a romper cuando lo mueves. Aire acondicionado solo en el salón.
