Cozy and modern 47 m² accommodation with terrace.

Fantastic location , beautiful property

Beautiful property , lots of room for 3 of us , perfect location , a little noisy as on the end of the strip however that didn’t bother us , 5 minute walk to the beach Nothing , ideal property for 3 nights

Beautiful very close to everything One of us was sleeping in the front room no black out blinds and very loud but it didn’t affect our enjoyment

A great location at a reasonable price

Perfect location, close to bars and the beach. Nice and clean, well equipped kitchen. Easy booking process and very friendly staff. A long walk from the apartment to collect and return keys. Prefect for one couple but not more. 4-5 days to return security deposit seems excessive

Hi Steve, normally in this appartment we only leave paper for courtesy but the rest of the stuff is up to the guest. Regarding the air conditioned we only had your report on the check out at the office so we couldn't do much as you may understand. Obviously this was fixed afterwards. Regards

Así nos hemos sentido en este precioso apartamento. Tal y como se ve en las fotos: cómodo, luminoso y muy limpio a nuestra llegada. Es cierto que las discotecas de enfrente pueden resultar un poco ruidosas algunas noches, pero nosotros no tuvimos mucho problema. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Lo único que se podría decir es que el lavabo es un poco incómodo, ya que la caída del agua está casi en el borde y se sale el agua aún teniendo mucho cuidado

Está reformado y muy limpio. Es amplio para pasar unos días, tiene una habitación con dos camas, salón comedor con sofá cama y una terraza. Se encuentra cerca de la playa, es la calle paralela, unos cinco minutos o menos andando. El centro está a unos 20 minutos paseando tranquilamente. Buena ubicación para conocer Benidorm. Aunque nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema y dormimos bien, hay bastante ruido en la zona. La recogida de llaves se realiza en la oficina a unos 15 minutos andando, tampoco es un problema pero es importante tenerlo en cuenta.

Overall a nice apartment in a good location, close to the bars and the beach.

Good location, clean and tidy. Nice balcony area and living space. Shower and kitchen were good. I arrived at 10pm and had to collect keys from an atm like machine which was a good 10 minute walk away, same for checkout. was fine for me but not great for a familyolder people. Only 1 key and a gated entrance so not ideal for those who might be partying and getting back at different times.
