Welcome to our cosy retreat in the heart of Lymington. Enjoy easy access to the New Forest and charming coastal town centre. Relax by the log burners or unwind in the private courtyard garden. Ideal for families, couples, and small groups looking to explore local markets, cafes, scenic trails, or the marina. Plus, we are dog-friendly! Just a short drive to Lymington Marina and the New Forest. Perfect for walking, cycling, and day trips to the Isle of Wight.

☞ For EV charging, you will need to bring along your own charging cable.
☞ Please note that the stairs in the property are relatively steep (with no option to install a stair gate) which may mean that the property is unsuitable for children under 5 years old or the elderly.
☞ Our parking garage is located 1 minute walk from the house. Suitable for small vehicles only. Please do not park in front of the garage doors as this will block access to neighbouring garages. Vehicles are parked in the garage at the owners’ risk. A parking clock is provided for use in all local car parks for larger vehicles. Please return the parking clock to the property at the end of your stay. Additional charges may apply if we are unable to locate the parking clock after your stay.

Short stay

Property was in a great location.Comfortable house with a pleasant garden but the garden needed to be cut back as was very overgrown. We had to sort it out a little so we could sit out . All the blinds in the house were broken and the sitting room remained dark as we couldn’t use the blind. One in the top room didn’t even work so again there was no natural light. No blind had a fixing to be able to hold it up as they were Roman blinds . Well equipped house .
