A lovely short break

Great Place

We visit Milford and surrounding area frequently. This was one of the best places we have stayed, amazing views, amazing property and great location. Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful property with a lovely sea view from the balcony. Impeccably clean, all rooms were bright and had lovely furniture and very well equipped kitchen. Plus parking for 2 cars which is great. It's in a lovely small community setting across the road from the beach and a cafe and a 10 minute walk from local shops and little high street. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond with all information needed. We couldn't fault it and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property in great location

The house is perfectly placed to access the beach, coastal walks and the village. It has good accommodation and is well equipped. The owner was very helpful and made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable . We would have loved to stay longer!

Fabulous house!

We had an amazing stay, communication from Ian was brilliant and house had absolutely everything we could want. Incredibly relaxing retreat for some much needed time away from busy lives. Great restaurants and takeaways within easy walking distance, highly recommended and we’ll be back!

Beautiful property in a great location. Lovely (flat!) walks all around, short walking distance to nice places to eat (we went to the Lighthouse and The Beach House).Based on some places we had stayed, we had brought tea, coffee, sugar, loo rolls, kitchen roll, soap etc but it was all provided.The weather wasn't really good enough to sit on the balcony but the living room was so bright and spacious we didn't miss it.Thanks Ian and family

The property has a stunning location with views across to the needles. There is so much to do in the area for couples or families. The 3rd floor bedroom is huge but very warm if the weather is hot but with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor there are other options. It's on a mezzanine so there is some transfer of noise from the open plan kitchen and living room below. The garden is safe and secure for children and the property is well equipped with a very attentive owner if you have any queries.

Beautiful, memorable Christmas holiday

My family and I had the most wonderful Christmas in this clean, spacious home. It was well-stocked with necessities and they even set up a Christmas tree for us. The kitchen was perfect for preparing a Christmas feast! We won't forget it.

Lovely short family break

We had great communication with Ian the owner beforehand and knew exactly what the rules of the house were when we arrived at he house was lovely and clean, it was also exactly how it was described,also well equipped for everyone's needs, the weather and views were fantastic. My family had a much needed rest and it was in great surroundings, would love to stay again perhaps for longer next time. Thank you Ian and his team

Lovely location and great host

We really enjoyed our week in Milford on Sea. The house was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped. The beds were super comfy. The layout worked well for our 3 generation holiday, but would also work well for large families or groups. It was lovely being able to walk into Milford village centre where there was a nice range of shops and eateries. The beach was so close that we had regular visits there. We bought beach shoes which came in very handy as the beach is pretty stoney!

Wonderful property in a fantastic location

We had a lovely break in Ian’s wonderful property. Ian was a fantastic host, the property is finished to a very high standard in a perfect location and the beds are all very comfortable. We loved the village and enjoyed many beach front walks with plenty of ice cream and drink stops on the way! Highly recommend!

excellent house fab views

House beautiful; clean; well equipped and supportive owner. Only tiny criticism for older people is kitchen on 1st floor and stairs are steep. Otherwise can only compliment.
