Delawarr Cottage is a charming 2 bedroom cottage situated in the beautiful Georgian market town of Lymington. The cottage has everything you need for a peaceful break away from it all and is suitable for families, couples and friends.

Delawarr Cottage is on a quiet country road but within walking distance of the town, Quay, marinas and many fabulous pubs and restaurants. The location is ideally suited if you enjoy walking and cycling as it’s very close the Lymington sea wall and Nature reserve.
THE SPACE:
Delawarr cottage is detached and situated in the grounds of De La Warr House, the owners Grade II listed home which dates back to 1700's.
The cottage has open plan living, dining and well equipped kitchen.
The living area has patio doors leading out to the garden patio area. The dining table seats 4.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including an induction hob and washing machine.
Also situated on the ground floor is the cosy double bedroom.
Upstairs you will find twin bedded room and bathroom.
Bathroom is wet room style with wc, basin and open shower.
The garden has a patio and lawn for you to relax and enjoy on warmer days.
There’s is parking for 2 cars.
SAFETY INFORMATION:
Please be aware, there is a deep pool within the grounds of the main house. There is post and rail fencing around the cottage. It is a private pool for the owners of the main house personal use only, and not for use by guests. We would like to make you aware of this hazard close by for those people with children.

Fabulous accommodation

There were 4 of us staying and the house and was perfect overall, a home from home, the location was ideal for walks, cycling, shops bars and restaurants. I will definitely look to book this again.

Just what we needed.

Lovely cosy cottage. Had everything we needed, and was spotlessly clean. In walking distance to Lymington town, with plenty of eating places, shops and pubs. The quayside is a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by, near the waters edge. A nice place to relax and unwind, or be as active as you like. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely break

The property had everything we needed. Lovely and clean, in a great position. Semi-rural but only a short walk from plenty of good pubs and restaurants. Lots to explore in the area and private breakfasts outside in the sunshine. What's not to like?

Fantastic joint birthday weekend

The property is delightful. It’s in a quiet location close to a marina with a good restaurant, and even closer to a pub with a good menu. The decor is very good and the kitchen is well equipped. The shower room was great. It’s about 20 minutes walk into town with nice shops and restaurants. We took a foot ferry over to IoW one day which was great

Lovely Lymington

We just spent a fantastic week at Delawarr cottage. The whole experience was amazing, from checking in, to the facilities as well as being an ideal location to the town and the stunning coastline. Would highly recommend.
