Lovely basement flat in Exeter
Self contained 1 Bedroom (+ sofa bed) Basement flat right next to a park and only a couple of minutes walk to all amenities and the centre of the City.
The flat is in a Georgian listed building access is steps at the front of the property so unfortunately we cant offer wheelchair access.
Freeview TV and WiFi.
Kitchen with Dishwasher, Oven and hob. kettle, Toaster, Nespresso machine. Fridge/freezer.
Iron & Ironing board, hair dryer.
Parking available by arrangement.

It is a very light basement flat with King Size bed and an additional Sofa bed in the living room. The entrance corridor is fairly narrow but this is typical for these listed buildings.
For a basement apartment its very light and is well laid out to accommodate two/three people.
Guest access
A couple of minutes away from the heart of the City with the benefits of having a substantial park opposite. Visitors parking permits available for the road and surrounding streets.
