Marina Bay Saddle

The area is newly built homes, quiet, and secure. Quiet townhouse and 17 miles away from the heart of San Francisco. The house is close to the Richmond Ferry that takes you to San Francisco. There are lots of local amenities, new restaurants, a brewery, and Starbucks.

The area is perfect for trips to San Francisco, sailing school, graduation for Berkeley students, Napa wine tasting, and visiting the Bay Area overall.

From the Richmond Marina Ferry (Please check operation schedule) to San Francisco takes only 30 minutes. A faster alternative versus taking a bus to Bart station to SF.

The property is three floors and will require going up and down stairs.

This property was great! The townhouse was beautiful and spacious. The host was clear in their instructions. We didn't run out of coffee (which is also a plus with 6 adults). It was shoes-off which wasn't a deal breaker for us but might be for some. Also the parking situation is difficult. Yes, you can park in any spot but all of the spots were regularly taken. One of our guests had a handicapped tag so she was able to use that spot. 2 days we had to park in front of the garage (approved by the host but discouraged). Other than that, i would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful Visit to the SF Bay Area!

My husband and I have stayed at this property multiple times; it doesn't disappoint! Clean, comfortable, spacious and conveniently located to the Sf Bar area. Highly recommend!

Very nice home, as advertised.

Me and my family stayed 4 nights in this home and we were very satisfied. The home met everyone of our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and showed pride of ownership. It has beautiful hardwood floors and a modern kitchen that was well stocked. The location was great and was a short drive to Berkeley where we have family. I recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

Holiday visit with family.

Spacious, clean, comfortable multi-level residence in a very quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Close to Starbucks, brew pub, CVS and easy access to major highways. Property is exactly as advertised.

The place was very easy to get to. The space was great for two couples and an infant. Having a crib and high chair were great. Quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Would recommend.

Even Better Than Advertised

My daughter and I stayed for a week and really enjoyed the property. Location was safe and quiet. The place itself was even nicer than it appeared in the online listing. Communication with the owner was excellent and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Richmond marina

The great room/kitchen/dining area was spacious & beautiful. Private bathroom for each bedroom nice too. Clean comfortable master bed. Loved the beautiful shutters over windows. Got lots of exercise on the stairs with the 3 levels. I would stay there again.

Well Maintained Property
