El Apartamento Carvoeiro By the Sea 3 es un refugio encantador, perfecto para unas vacaciones relajantes junto al mar, combinando comodidad, luminosidad y una ubicación privilegiada.



La sala de estar, acogedora y bien decorada, invita a momentos de descanso y convivencia. El espacio en concepto abierto, con un cómodo sofá y televisión, proporciona un ambiente ideal para relajarse después de un día de playa.



El apartamento dispone de dos dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio, perfecto para parejas que buscan tranquilidad, y otro con dos camas individuales, ideal para niños o amigos. También hay un baño moderno y funcional, garantizando comodidad durante toda la estancia.



La cocina, totalmente equipada e integrada en el área social, ofrece un ambiente práctico y agradable para preparar comidas y compartir momentos en familia o con amigos.



En el exterior, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de dos terrazas comunes. La terraza inferior cuenta con una mesa de comedor y área de estar, ideal para comidas al aire libre, mientras que la terraza superior ofrece una deslumbrante vista al mar, el escenario perfecto para apreciar la puesta de sol con una bebida en la mano.



Situado a apenas 100 metros de la Playa de Carvoeiro y a corta distancia de tiendas, restaurantes y del encantador Paseo de Carvoeiro, este apartamento combina comodidad, vistas y una ubicación excepcional, garantizando unas vacaciones inolvidables en el Algarve.



Esta propiedad es de autoservicio. Para mayor comodidad, se pueden reservar cestas de alimentos (costo adicional) con anticipación.



Alquilar coche no es esencial para su estancia, teniendo en cuenta la ubicación de la propiedad. Aún así, si es de su interés, tendremos todo el gusto en ayudar con la reserva. También podemos organizar transfers, si lo necesita.

Modern comfort by the sea

We loved the house and how clean and fresh everything felt. The bathroom is very modern, and the beds were very comfortable. Having the boardwalk and so many restaurants within walking distance was a huge plus. We also enjoyed dinner at a nice grill house nearby.

Lovely Holiday Spot

The property was clean, as advertised, and nicely appointed. The location was perfect and in the middle of things, but what sold it to us was the rooftop deck. All of Martin’s restaurant recommendations were spot on, especially Chef‘s Kitchen, Bella, Rosa, and Vimar. A very charming seaside town in southern Portugal.

Perfect for alfresco dining

We had a fantastic stay. The lower terrace is ideal for outdoor meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare fresh local produce. The apartment is very modern and functional. We also enjoyed dinner at a cozy terrace restaurant near the boardwalk.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Best views in Carvoeiro!

The house is wonderful, and the rooftop terrace is simply spectacular. We spent every evening up there with a drink enjoying the sea breeze. The location is very convenient for shops and the beach. We also enjoyed dinner at a charming local bistro just a short walk away.

Incredible location, steps from the beach!

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces were the highlight of our trip. Being only 100 meters from the beach was a dream. The upper terrace has a breathtaking view of the ocean, perfect for watching the sunset. We also enjoyed dinner at a lovely seafood restaurant just around the corner.

Cozy apartment with a great vibe

The house is wonderful, very bright and decorated with great taste. The open-concept living area and kitchen made it very easy to spend time together as a family. The kids loved their room with the twin beds. We also enjoyed dinner at a traditional spot in the heart of the village.

I stayed at Apartment Carvoeiro By the Sea 3 and it was an amazing experience! The location is perfect, just 100 meters from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, with two cozy bedrooms and a full kitchen. The views from the upper terrace are stunning, a great place to relax in the afternoon. The dining area on the lower terrace was ideal for a family gathering. The proximity to the Carvoeiro Boardwalk was also a bonus, comfortable for walks with amazing sea views. I will definitely be back!

Die Lage wurde zwar als „zentral“ angekündigt, tatsächlich liegt die Unterkunft jedoch direkt neben einer Bar im Innenhof. Von ca. 20 Uhr bis 3–4 Uhr morgens wird dort mit ohrenbetäubender Lautstärke Musik gespielt. Schlafen ist unmöglich, weder für Erwachsene noch für Kinder. Wir reisten mit zwei kleinen Kindern, was den Vermietern bekannt war. Dass ihnen die Lärmproblematik nicht bewusst ist, halte ich für ausgeschlossen. Nach nur zwei Nächten mussten wir die eigentlich für 12 Tage gebuchte, bereits voll bezahlte Unterkunft verlassen.Die Wohnung ist zudem sehr dunkel, da alle Fenster ausschließlich zum lärmenden Innenhof zeigen. Die angebliche „Terrasse“ ist eine Gemeinschaftsdachterrasse mit lautem Abluftschornstein, völlig unbrauchbar. Der beschriebene „Balkon“ ist lediglich eine kleine Loggia zum Innenhof, direkt einsehbar und ungemütlich.Besonders kritisch: Die Anzeige verschweigt diese massiven Probleme. Die wenigen Bewertungen aus September 2024 ähneln verdächtig dem Unterkunftstext und wirken nicht authentisch. Unsere Beschwerde wurde nur lapidar beantwortet („zentrale Lage steht ja in der Anzeige“). Der Bar-Manager reagierte nachts um 2 Uhr nur belustigt und verwies auf seine Musiklizenz bis 4 Uhr. Dass wir nicht die ersten Beschwerdeführer sind, liegt auf der Hand – umso fragwürdiger, warum es nur drei Bewertungen gibt.Fazit:Die Wohnung ist durch den Lärm unbewohnbar, die Anzeige irreführend. Wer Wert auf Schlaf legt, sollte dringend Abstand nehmen
