The Carvoeiro By the Sea 2 Apartment is a welcoming and modern retreat, perfect for up to 8 guests, ideally located just 100 m from Carvoeiro Beach. The spacious open-plan living room is the heart of the apartment, offering a bright and relaxing atmosphere with a comfortable sofa and tasteful décor, ideal for unwinding or spending time with family and friends.



All on one level, the apartment features three comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, and two additional bedrooms with twin beds, perfect for families or groups. A shared bathroom with a shower ensures practicality and comfort throughout your stay.



The fully equipped kitchen blends seamlessly with the living area, creating a functional and cozy space to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals.



Outside, two shared terraces complement the experience. The lower terrace offers a dining area and lounge space, ideal for outdoor meals or moments of relaxation. The upper terrace boasts a beautiful sea view, perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets with a drink in hand.



Just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the Carvoeiro Boardwalk, this apartment offers the perfect setting to experience the best of the Algarve coast.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Lovely Stay by the Coast

We had a great time here. The place felt bright, modern and very welcoming, with everything we needed for a comfortable break. The location near the beach made everything easy and relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay! You can’t beat the location, steps from the beach and so close to all the best spots in town. The apartment was super comfy, and the terrace views were just stunning. Perfect for enjoying a glass of wine after a day in the sun. Definitely coming back!

Perfect location and lovely sea views

We had a wonderful stay at the Carvoeiro By the Sea 2 Apartment. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the beach and very close to restaurants, cafés, and small shops. The apartment is spacious and well laid out, with three comfortable bedrooms, including one en-suite which was very convenient. The living area was cosy and nicely decorated, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the upper terrace with its lovely sea view, and the lower terrace was great for evening meals with the family. It’s a peaceful spot but still close to everything, which made our stay really relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Carvoeiro

Our holiday at Carvoeiro By the Sea 2 was fantastic. The apartment is in a brilliant location, just 2 minutes from the beach and close to all the best that Carvoeiro has to offer. Inside, everything was clean and comfortable. The open-plan kitchen and living room gave us plenty of space to relax and cook together. The bedrooms were quiet and restful, and having two bathrooms was a big plus for our group. The shared terraces were a highlight. We loved starting the day with coffee upstairs overlooking the sea and finishing it with dinner downstairs on the lower terrace. The area is charming, and the boardwalk nearby offers beautiful views. This apartment was the perfect base for our Algarve holiday.
