Great Apartment (6 pax) next to Sagrada Familia

Resumen:

Super bright apartment suitable families or colleagues. At only a few blocks from "Sagrada Familia", if you are looking for a budget location in an authentic Barcelonese apartment, this is your place.



There are beds for all. The apartment is spacious and has about 100mtrs. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The dining is located on the front side of the building. Bedrooms in the middle and backside of the apartment.

Entering this apartment there is a cosy entry hall. When going towards the backside of the apartment first you will pass by the large bathroom, complete with bathtub. Afterwards you will pass by the large kitchen. Next to this there is the spacious and quiet living room, with dining room attached to it and the gallery where you can sit to relax. Also there you can find the smaller bathroom that is equipped with a shower and a laundry closet at the other side.



Now if we go back and walk towards the other side of the flat, there you will be finding the bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one master bedroom with a nice window towards the street-side.



Please note there is AC in the apartment living room and the master bedroom.

Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor (technically, the second one) by stairs.

They are very ergonomic, but there is no elevator.



El barrio:

The Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudi’s architectonical masterpiece, is located three blocks from here. The Diagonal is less than 1 minute away. I’m located in the core of the Eixample, meaning more tranquility and a calmer pace than Barcelona’s Old Town. I enjoy an advantaged location to get to know the newest sites in Barcelona, the Agbar Tower, Els Encants (Barcelona’s biggest Flea & Street Market) or the Design Museum (DHUB).



Within 15 minutes walking, you have access to emblematical sites, like the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site, the Arco de Triunfo, the Casa de les Punxes, the Auditorium, the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya, the Casa Batlló, the shops at the Paseo de Gràcia or the urban district 22@ Barcelona, the new tech and business hub in Barcelona.



Cómo desplazarse:

The metro station Monumental is 3 minutes from the apartment. With the metro network you have all of Barcelona at your feet.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:



All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.



- No lift so you need to work those leg. But there is an easy staircase and the apartment is located at the ¨1st¨ / real second floor.



- Old building. Not a great entrance / staircase maintenance, but in fair condition. Can be noisy.



- Suitable for families. Suitable for business travellers. Should you not be a family or business traveller always contact us first with a description of you and the fellow group as also ages and reason of stay.



- Please understand that some areas are used intensively and will be more worn than others, but we always do the best we can to keep everything clean and maintained.



- Should you notice anything malfunctioning, not clean, etc please report immediately so action can be taken. We try to be very attentive but in the end are human and things can escape the eye.

- Keeping things smooth:

For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.



- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!



- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.

Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.



- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.



- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.



- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)



- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.



- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.



- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.



- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.



- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.
