This apartment has the perfect location: in the historic centre of the city of Valencia. You will find the Plaza de la Virgen and the cathedral a few meters away; as well as an infinity of restaurants and shops. Very close to the apartment are the lungs of the city, los Jardines del Turia, the old river bed that goes through the city west to east, from the Bioparc to the City of Arts and Sciences.
A guarantee of €200 will be requested, which will not be debited or blocked from your bank account. This guarantee will function as a limit as a bond in case of incidents on the property.
