PalmBeech Properties are delighted and privileged to host this luxuriously appointed boutique two storey town house nestled within this tranquil oasis and secure gated community, overlooking the pristine palm fringed fairways of Las Americas golf course and mountains beyond.

Our two-bedroom, two- bathroom retreat offers a tranquil escape for up to 4 guests seeking both relaxation and sophistication without compromise.

Step inside to discover a professionally designed interior, adorned with contemporary furnishings and soothing minimalist tones.

As you enter the home you are overwhelmed by the lightness n spaciousness of the open plan kitchen and living space, which features an ultra modern glass and aluminium staircase built with polished volcanic stone from the island.

The Italian designer kitchen features Silla stone worktops and is complimented by an extensive range of high end Bosch appliances including dishwasher, micro, ceramic hob/extractor, large eye level fridge, separate freezer,Philips ‘Lor’ coffee/milk machine and even you’re own personal wine cooler!
Ideal for preparing gourmet meals or enjoying a leisurely breakfast al fresco on the large terrace overlooking one of the two swimming pools!

The spacious lounge features high ceilings, recessed downlighting and large ‘L’shaped super comfy sofas opening onto the terrace with expansive patio doors that flood the place with natural light.
You can enjoy listening to you’re own music collection in style through a state of the art Bose home entertainment system with surround sound/blue tooth as well as enjoying watching an extensive selection of channels/movies in all languages from around the world!

Each of the two double bedrooms boast sumptuous bedding, designer light fittings extensive range of fitted wardrobes to the master bedroom, and a safe.
Both bedrooms enjoy their own private terrace with stunning open views over the golf course, the larger of the two beautiful terraces enjoys its own outside double bed, so relax, chill and take you’re morning coffee whilst enjoying the tranquil views of the golf course and mountains beyond!

Air conditioning units are also featured to the lounge and to both bedrooms.

The two pristine and beautifully appointed separate bathroom/shower rooms feature generous walk in shower areas, downlighting, wall mounted WC’s, beautiful contrasting tiling, fitted oak framed units with natural stone tops, ceramic basins, with storage space beneath for towels, hairdryer etc.

Externally ‘Casa Calma’ boasts three generous terraces in total, offering beautiful open views over the golf course, with the terrace off the lounge providing a wonderful ‘al fresco’ 6 seater dining table, overlooking the swimming pool!

Guests of our gated community also have access to the exclusive amenities including two sparkling pools with a separate children’s area! Set within the meticulously landscaped and maintained outside areas.

Beautiful property, well equipped in a lovely location

Had a wonderful week staying here, the property is light and airy and has all the amenities you could want, including a coffee machine! the host welcomed us when we arrived and communication was good, he even got us a few bits like milk and bread which was a nice touch. The property was very clean and modern and even provided us with beach towels which was great. The pool was lovely and clean and the complex was very quiet which was great for our 10 year old as he was pretty much the only one in the pool (supervised of course!) the balcony off of the lounge area has a lovely seating area and overlooks the pool. We hired a car and there was always plenty of parking right outside which was good, and we felt very safe as the complex was inside a locked gate. There was unfortunately an issue with a lizard getting into the air con unit a week before our stay which broke the air con for the entire property but after a couple of uncomfortable nights the host did manage to get a portable air con unit for the upstairs so that we could sleep at least! We completely understand that this is out of anyone’s control and is one of those things, this is my only reason for an overall 4 stars but had that not been broken then it would 100% be 5 stars from us and if we ever go back to the island then we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. The host was very attentive and replied promptly to all messages. Thank you for a lovely place to stay on our holiday! :)
