We want to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. This cozy 50 m² apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and fully prepared to make you feel at home. While we don’t offer hotel services like breakfast, room service, or airport transfers, we’ve thought of every detail to ensure your comfort:

🚫 No groups under 25 years old – We want to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests. Families are very welcome!

🎉 No parties or bachelor/bachelorette groups allowed – This is a residential building, so we ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.

Check-in Fees:

To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins. These fees help fairly compensate the person who will be coming in their personal time to guarantee the best possible check-in experience for you.

🕗 After 8:00 PM: €40 late arrival fee.
🌙 After 12:00 AM: €60 late arrival fee.
📅 Sundays & public holidays: €40 fee.

Tourist Tax in Barcelona:

🏛️ In compliance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.88 per person, per night applies to guests 16 years and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

💵 This tax is payable upon arrival and may be subject to changes based on government decisions.
