Navona Romantic House

Delightful apartment 200 meters from the magnificent Piazza Navona.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is very quiet despite the fact that within walking distance you will have many restaurants and clubs.It has a fully equipped kitchenette with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, a table with chairs, a loft double bedroom (you have to climb a spiral staircase to get to the bedroom and bathroom and we do not recommend the apartment to those with reduced mobility), a newly renovated bathroom with shower.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi internet connection, hair dryer, TV, microwave, kettle, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board, baby bed, towels and linen .

The apartment is 2 min walk from Piazza Navona, 6 minutes from the Pantheon, 10 minutes from Campo de Fiori, Castel Sant'Angelo and Trevi Fountain and in a few minutes you can reach St. Peter's Square,Largo di Torre Argentina (with Roman ruins in the center of the square), Fountain of Turtles, Galleria Borghese ( museum) and Trastevere. A 25-minute walk will take you to the Colosseum and Roman Forum and many other important points. Within walking distance, on Corso Rinascimento, there are many buses to reach Rome's major points of interest in a short time, and the cab station is 100 meters away.

For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.

On request, it is possible to have a transfer service with a private driver who can take guests directly from the airport or Termini station to the apartment .

To reach the house from Fiumicino airport you can take the train to Ostiense train station, then bus No. 30 (direction Clodio) and get off at the stop “ Senato” then the house will be 120 meters away.

For stays longer than 20 nights the cost of electricity will be paid on consumption at the rate of €0.50 per kwh and gas at the cost of €1.30 m/cube . For stays longer than 20 nights, a utility deposit of €200.00 is required to be paid in cash upon arrival
