Clara Domus - Quadrupla

Quadruple room in vacationb&b in the heart of Gallipoli, in the historic center about 200 meters from the Purità beach.
The room is on the second floor of the bed and breakfast and is equipped with en suite shower room, air conditioning, wi-fi internet, electric kettle, mini fridge, hair dryer, TV, safe, heating.
Breakfast is included. Pets are allowed.

The quadruple room is located on the second floor of Clara Domus, a characteristic B&B in Gallipoli, in the heart of the historic center and a stone`s throw from the beautiful Purità beach.
 
The room is on two levels: downstairs there is 1 double sofa bed and the shower room. On the loft, under a beautiful star vault, there is 1 double bed.
The vacation bed & breakfast in Gallipoli consists of 4 rooms all with private bathrooms, for a total of 12 beds.
Breakfast is served on the terrace.

The
bed & breakfast is located in the historic center of Gallipoli,
along the narrow streets that form an evocative path among churches,
ancient palaces, courtyards and confraternal churches, museums and
underground oil mills.
The building is a short walk from the main
street, Via Antonietta De Pace, and allows you to walk to the beautiful
Purità beach, about 200 meters away. 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3:30pm to 8:30pm) and check-out (from 7.30am to 10:30am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (till 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of bed linen, each 3 days
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of bathroom linen, for day
- Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 25 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- It is possible to use paid private car parking (agree directly with the owner).
- The area of B&B is a traffic-restricted zone.
