The property itself was wonderful and well appointed. We loved the location and convenience. Check in process and communication were terrible and the apartment “key” process was very inefficient

Nice apartment in good location in Trastevere. Building feels a bit worn, but solid stay for a family. Good communications from owner.

Luxurious

The space has been perfectly accomdated to hold not only the basic needs of guests but also provides handy amenities like a great espresso machine and cork removal tools. The host was even helpful to guide us through a reset of the water temperature control when it wasn't working properly. Overall we were satisfied with the level of luxury and attention to detail provided. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Awesome location. Dozens of restaurants, cafe's and Rome attractions in walking distance. Apartment had a great lay out for two couples. Communication re apartment access was an issue. Spent 2/1/2 hours outside waiting for help in accessing the building on day one. Another night came home and an apparent server issue did not have the front door app working. The apartment manager sent us an address to go get an emergency key, 45 minute walk away. Some amenities were sparse. Only one towel each, for a week. Only one tea towel for a week. Yes you could wash them but would take two days to dry. No face cloths. Would have been nice to swap them out. We asked for additional towels. We're told they would be a cost. We asked how much but heard nothing back. Broom and Swiffer both broken so made daily clean up difficult. Also missing a cutting board that was shown in the apartment video. That makes me worry about you countertops if others don't take good care. Just a dribble of dish soap and with only one plate and utensil per person you needed to wash them up each mail.
