This was in a great location. So close to sites on both sides of the Tiber River. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook with grocery store stores away.

The house was clean and in a good location. We could have used a few more towels. The bath tube in the main hall did not drain well nor was the other shower accommodating with water going out of the shower pan. Having 3 different keys to all the doors was not helpful either. And when you pay for a rental you should be able to use the facility air conditioning when needed. It was also difficult to communicate with the said chat person.

Having several doors and keys is a standard system in Italy, and we understand it can feel unfamiliar if you’re used to something different. Every country has its own habits, and part of the fun of travelling is discovering them. Regarding the air conditioning, we never restrict our guests from using it. We only share a few tips to help limit unnecessary usage, because we care about the environment and try to be mindful of energy consumption. Air conditioning is a significant contributor to climate change, so we gently encourage guests to switch it off when no one is in the apartment. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. Very handy to have a supermarket right across the street. Felt very safe.Would like to have had more comfortable living room furniture so there were enough seats for 4 people. Beds and showers were great!

Spacious apartment

The apartment was great. Family of four (2 x teenagers). Plenty of space, light and airy. Fourth floor with elevator. Kitchen and washing machine very handy as we had a longer stay. Air conditioning worked very well and was greatly appreciated in heatwave conditions! Good location too, we were able to walk (10-20 mins) to many places (incl. Vatican, Castel Sant Angelo, Piazza Popolo, Piazza Navona). Quieter neighbourhood, easy to get around, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a handy little supermarket on the corner.

Overall this place is good. The apartment is located in the Prati neighborhood. We enjoyed this because it was close enough to walk to all major attractions yet far enough away from the crowds that are now a common feature of Rome. The apartment is up 5 flights of stairs or a small elevator that can only carry two people and is old and a bit difficult to use. The electric in the apartment is very sensitive. The breaker tripped a number of times and wouldn't reset if we used the oven to cook while showering or hair dryers. Maybe we're just spoiled (haha). The place could use a repainting to spruce it up to the standard shown in the promo photos. Overall satisfied and the owner and crew were very attentive to our problems. We did learn quickly and adjusted our use appropriately.

This place is fantastic. Great location and nice apartment. We were late driving from Venice and Filippo was amazingly patient and understanding and made the check in process seamless. Highly recommend.

This was a great apartment. Check in was smooth. Nice neighborhood. There is blue line (parking meter) parking right outside the apartment. There are a couple of grocery stores just steps from the apartment and shopping/starbucks/pharmacy just a block away. AC worked well to keep us cool. Comfortable beds. We were a family of 7 (2 couples and 3 kids) and we felt comfortable.

We had a great stay in this apartment. Location was great. Close to the Vatican. 2-3 blocks from the metro. There’s also a hop on hop off stop very close to it. Very clean and well equipped. The team that manages the property were very attentive and had great communication. Very easy to work with! We are a family of 6 and it was more than enough!

Posizione ottima Stanze grandi, noi eravamo due famiglie e con due bagni e’ stato perfetto Sotto casa bar ristoranti e negozi Metro vicinissima ma so arriva un po’ dappertutto anche a piedi vista la posizione. Zona molto tranquilla
