We had a wonder time in this little apartment in Trastevere. Check-in was easy. The apartment was well-equipped and even had a small American coffee maker which we appreciated. Most of all the location was fantastic. Small grocery store next to the building and plenty of cafes on the street to choose from. All good, by the way. We loved this apartment and location.

Giulio’s apartment is in an excellent location in the heart of Trastevere, amidst restaurants, gelato shops and local grocers. While in the midst of eateries and options, the apartment is quiet and protected by an inside courtyard. We were able to walk to all the attractions we chose to visit including the Coliseum and Vatican. Remember the city tax which is paid in cash to the host.

The owner is a very kind man and I wish him well. But this is not the greatest VRBO. There were bad smells in the kitchen cupboards, the place was completely filled with someone's personal belongings, almost as though a person died and after the body was removed it was immediately converted to a VRBO! It is functional, but that's it. The chair and loveseat are both quite uncomfortable.

This is a nice apartment in a great location in Trastevere. It is quiet, as it is in an interior apartment facing the courtyard, not the exterior street. However, it only has one window facing the courtyard making it a bit dark inside. The bed was comfortable and the pullout couch seemed new. It is right by a wonderful piazza ( Piazza di San Cosimato) with a farmer’s market every morning. It was walking distance to fabulous restaurants and cafes. Giulio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The bathroom is in need of an improvement, but it is an old building and is okay for a temporary stay. The building has an elevator and the AC worked well…in July!

Giulio was so extremely sweet! The detail and personality he adds to the stay is absolutely worth it all. From check-in to the unique and chic decor inside the apartment, it feels like you’re truly a Roman!

The location is excellent for restaurants, farmers market, grocery store and bank. Easy to get to the sights. Check in with Guilio was great. The apartment is lovely and a typical Italian home which we enjoyed. Lots of special art and decor. Wonderful to have a washing machine too! The only downfall is the mold in the bathroom… if you are sensitive at all, be cautious. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
