ウクライナの村と西の町の中心にあるこの素晴らしい空間は、ウィッカーパークからそう遠くありません。 島、食器洗い機、オーブン、電子レンジ、必要なすべてのキッチン用品を備えた大型キッチン！ バスルームは大きく、かぎ爪の浴槽があります。 ベッドルームには、部屋を区切る大きなフレンチドアがあります。 ベッドは真新しい低反発マットレスです。 また、より多くのゲストに同行できるソファベッドとベビーベッドがあります。

裏庭には、素晴らしい日本のカエデ、グリル、喫煙者がいます。 これはすべてのゲストに共通のエリアです。

Super responsive Host, fantastic location for us, king bed was wonderful. Would definitely stay again! We visited the Ukrainian Museum and thoroughly enjoyed that, too.

This space was a gem! Close to public transportation, a quirky/cool neighborhood, and excellent food nearby. I highly recommend.

The character of this more than 100-year-old space was a special experience from the moment we walked in. A quality renovation with thoughtful appointments provided every convenience within the eclectic design. Walkable neighborhood with short distance to cafes. Mindy was a friendly and responsive host.

I throughly enjoyed every minute of my stay. The apartment is perfect. The bed was a sleepe’rs dream. The location is walkable to shops, cafes, and sights of interest. One thing to note for anyone with any injuries or health issues is there are quite a few stairs up to the door but totally doable and worth every step. I soaked in the claw foot tub and highly recommend it after a long day of walking. Go to Dante’s Pizza and enjoy! Take the architecture tour. I learned so much about Chicago! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. I loved the little reading nook. The communication with Mindy was excellent. She is agreeable and helpful in every way. Great host! I will definitely stay there if I come back!

Outstanding stay in a great neighborhood

The property was ideal in all respects. It’s bright and sunny, with great sitting areas, spacious master bedroom and very nice bathroom. It’s beautifully decorated. Really nice blankets and towels. We enjoyed the neighborhood, too, which is remarkable for its great Ukrainian bakeries and museums.

Great Stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this rental home in Chicago! The location was perfect, with easy access to transit and great local spots. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it very comfortable. The hosts were responsive and provided excellent recommendations. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city! Comfy cozy retreat

Visiting daughter and family in Ukrainian Village. This was a perfect mini home away from home. Super comfy king bed with a great comforter; enough utensils and supplies, etc in kitchen if you wanted to cook; large bathroom with great towels, a few nice amenities like shampoo/conditioner, extra towels, tp. Easy street parking. Very accommodating host. We loved coming back at the end of the day to our own little oasis.

The host was friendly and the communication prior to and during our stay was very good. The street parking right in front of the building was a great perk. We absolutely loved the neighborhood! We arrived about 6PM on Halloween and the whole neighborhood was decorated and it seemed everyone was participating. It was so magical!! We chatted with the neighbors as we wandered through the street and everyone was so friendly we ended up with quite a few treats in our pockets and doing shots with the neighbors! There was a wonderful local tavern as well as a lot of food and drink options within walking distance. Easy access to locations we visited; Soldier Field, Millennium Park and Navy Pier. We definitely will stay again!

This was a cool place to stay for a long weekend of events at the United Center. Parking on the street was easy, the place was clean, and neighborhood felt safe. The nearby conservatory at Humboldt park was nice for a quiet and affordable outing. This place was pretty close to United Center, but maybe not walking distance. We used rental bikes one night, but then the docking station was full, so drove each other night and found free parking in Levitz/Madison area (search for Madison Ave PNC and you’ll get there). We’ll probably stay again if the Ph from Vermont plays UC again!

warm & cozy in Chicago

We loved the cozy warmth of radiant heated floors since it was below freezing most of our visit. The bed was super firm, which we like and the down comforter made it extra comfortable for sleeping. The location was quiet and there was a lot of available street parking. We've had knee and hip replacements which made the shower a challenge. Fortunately, the owners thought of everything and had a small step stool in the bathroom. Getting in and out of the apartment was a breeze.

Really cute apartment, with plenty of space for the two of us. Excremely clean, with plenty of coset and drawer space. Photos accurately reflect the condition. Air conditioning is in the bedroom but is strong enough to cool the whole apartment. I hung out in the back yard a little, which is very relaxing - lots of greenery.We stayed Fri-Mon and never had a problem parking in the street. Only a few miles from downtown and we got an Uber really easily (fare there and back is cheaper than parking). Neighborhood is really fun, with Ukrainian-themed restaurants (and the National Ukrainian Museum) very close. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Chicago Weekend

Came to Chicago for a weekend and this was the perfect spot. Situated between two main bus routes running downtown, close to the blue line for getting in from O'Hare. Had two nights in a row at the United Centre, all of a 10 minute bus ride and we even walked back in the second night.

Beautiful place, safe area

We enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautiful and charming apartment in a good neighborhood. The only issue we had was they didn't switch the lock number so we were locked out at 11 PM in Chicago which made us nervous. After about 30 minutes the assistant got back to us and let us in with a different code. Other than that we enjoyed the place and the location was perfect for food and delivery.

The IKlektik House was perfect for our needs

Mindy was very easy to work with and the place was very uniquely decorated and in a great location. Close enough to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Didn't have a chance to enjoy the nice back yard. Will definitely stay here again if available on our next trip to Chicago.
