Exceptional cottage and superbly furnished, local pub 2 minutes walk away and within 10 miles of Buxton and 15 miles of Bakewell, some of the surrounding views are breath taking and loved the fact that the cottage is in a working farm.

Calf Shed

One word, perfect. What a fantastic cottage in a perfect location to get about, little sitting area perfect just let dog out in a morning and sit with a coffee listeningto nothing but the birds. By far the nicest cottage we've stayed in all home comforts towels for the dog, water bowls (how many times do you forget the little things ) Everything was super clean, quality towels and bedding very well equipped kitchen with again little things you forget (salt n pepper) and blankets to snuggle under on an evening, although not really required has lovely cosy cottage. And not forgetting a bakewell pudding, milk and some local beer has a fantastic welcome, along with Yorkshire tea. Perfect would highly recommend just for a peaceful break or for the serious walks an absolute gem to relax after a day out.
