4. Cleanliness - Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment. - Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal.
5. Pets - Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. - Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee. - Pets must never be left unattended. - If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces.

We chose this property for its proximity to our daughter's study abroad lodging, and we were pleased with the convenience. The flat was exactly as presented in the photos, and was comfortable for us. We encountered a minor water heater issue to start, and our host was very quick to respond with a solution. The flat was clean and stocked with basic amenities for convenience. The king bed mattress was comfortable enough, though the linens were a bit rough. There were some cosmetic issues in the bath, but it functioned well. It's a comfortable walking distance to the Kentish Town underground station which made travel easy. Lovely pubs and cafes within walking distance, and several grocers steps away from the property.
