Liked: Location
A pleasant and fairly quiet apartement, very well located and close to essential shops. The différent districts of London are very easily accessible. Merci !
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The location was great, but that's the only good thing I can say about it. The apartment was not clean - found moldy vegetables in the oven, the freezer drawers were frozen over, found mouse droppings in the bedroom, and saw a mouse running out of the apartment. The host seemed nice initially until we experienced problems, and then she stopped responding. Ended up leaving after 2 nights.
Excellent flat in a nice location convenient to tube stations, bus stops, good restaurants, and a grocery store is a two minute walk away. It is also a short walk to beautiful Regents Park. The flat is nicely furnished and very comfortable. There was an issue on day one with the shower draining properly but it was very promptly fixed. I was impressed with that! Please note that basic toiletries are not provided, but dish and laundry soap are. I was there during on of Britain’s worst heat waves on record, so the flat was very warm. However, there are two fans in the flat, which made it bearable, You can’t go wrong with this flat. If it is available, I will return the next time I’m in London

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Positives: great location only minutes from Tube station, Sainsburys grocery store, and a variety of restaurants. Bright and open unit with windows and lovely cross breeze. New kitchen that is clean and well stocked. The main bed is very comfortable with plenty of linens and extra pillows. Negatives: communication with management is bad, often waiting hours or days for a basic reply. This can be stressful, especially on arrival when you turn up at the address to no one, and your message from 3 hours ago hasn’t even been read. The couch is filthy and could be steam-cleaned easily. Also, there isn’t a single mirror in the flat (except the bathroom) which was chaotic with 4 adults trying to get ready. I asked the manager Jo if I should just buy one (they are under 10) and she replied that she’d drop one off. It never arrived and was not mentioned again - completely forgotten. If the current management are over-stretched, I would advise finding someone new who can reply to guests in a timely manner, because the unit itself is really quaint and enjoyable.
This is a lovely flat-white, bright and clean- in a lovely London neighborhood. You are close enough to most things to walk, public transport is easy if you want to go farther. We had an easy time finding food, there were a number of small groceries near by as well and even coming back from the theater most evenings was an easy walk. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen easy to use. There is a washer and drying rack if you need to do laundry. There are some serious stairs going up to the flat, but that means it is quiet. We traveled with our six year old and it was a great flatfor kids.
Tres bon contact avec notre hôte, logement tres agréable même si le nombre d assiettes et la tailles des poeles est le stricte nécessaire. Bus et métro a proximité permettent de rejoindre les zobes touristiques rapidement
