Our stay in Madrid

Overall we had a pleasant experience in Madrid. The pictures on line aren't exactly what we experienced, for example it was a different lounge suite, no decorative pillows etc. The kitchen was not cleaned sufficiently and there was bread left over from the previous guests. Although ok, a little attention to detail would be better..eg. clean pillow covers, door sticks to get in - we found this out after we couldn't get back in.

Disappointing

Not what we expected at all. The beds were very uncomfortable and one of the rooms had no curtains! The shower barely worked, you had to keep holding it so water would come out. Also, you can hear very loud noises from other flats, it woke us up at 5am! The location was ok and the property manager was helpful in messages, but these issues with the flat are a deal breaker. Unfortunately we had to pay for a hotel on our second night as we were too uncomfortable and had no privacy for our boys in the second bedroom without the curtains.

Mas o menos...

El apartamento igual que la foto, però hay unos detalles que no nos gustó mucho. Al llegar vimos que no había papel de w.c, literal nos dejaron el rollo de papel vacío, luego nos trajeron 4. Faltaba jabón de lavar las manos había suuuper poco. También decir que no había papel de cocina ni aceite para cocinar! Las almohadas eran muy muy finas y el colchón corto. Por lo demás todo bien
