This apartment is very cool, the beds are very comfortable, and the location is great. A fun neighborhood with very friendly people, and the metro is just steps away. Highly recommend!

Cute little place - lovely area - quick access to the Metro and quietier neighbourhood. Javier was so wonderful giving us suggestions of things to do.

Excellent Accomodations

Amazing apartment in Legazpi area. Subway was around the corner and shops nearby. All necessary features washing machine, hair dryer, iron, dish washer etc. Lots of natural light . Host was a pleasure to work with.

Stylish interior

Perfect from start to finish, beautiful apartment on the ground floor easy access and very helpful owner gave us a cracking recommendation for a local tapas bar. Very short 1.50 euro bus to museums from opposite, plus a Lovell vegan cafe called ‘bite me’! Thanks javier

Great location

Javier (host) kept us informed and was very accessible. He met us at the apartment upon our arrival. In the morning of checkout, he kept our luggage for us as we had an early afternoon train departure. The location was perfect. Walking distance to Madadero, Retiró Park, etc. and so many restaurants. Train station is 10 minute taxi ride or about 20 minutes if your prefer to walk. My only comment is that the listing says the property is air conditioned. If it is, it was not obvious to us. The common rooms do get a pleasant breeze. The bedrooms were warm

Perfect. I’ll be back

I stayed with a friend for 2 nights. Everything was perfect. The place was very well appointed, super cute, 2 very nice bedrooms, modern kitchen, great water pressure in the shower. Kind and communicative host. When I return to Madrid, I’ll return here.

Great accommodation and host

Had a short stay in Madrid, the host (Javier) was fantastic and very patient after we were delayed at the airport. The accommodation was great, located near a Metro suited myself and my family well. Would recommend.

Madrid Charm

This apartment is the place for you if you have no interest in staying in a bland, boring place with no character! This space was sososo cute and charming! We enjoyed our stay and it was easy to get to the museums we were interested in. The host is very nice and accommodating. Wonderful couple of days in Madrid!

Old world charm, with modern convenience

The apartment is amazing, you walk through an interesting courtyard to a charming apartment. The Metro is just around the corner and the grocery store is next door.

Location atypique à Madrid

Appartement très agréable, déco vintage originale, au calme, mais dans quartier animé, à 2 minutes du Métro. Accueil très sympathique de Javier. A recommander si vous voulez sortir des sentiers battus et des quartiers hyper touristiques.

Appartamento molto bello

L'appartamento è molto molto bello, ideale per 4 persone in quanto dispone di 2 camere da letto ampie. Dotato di ogni comfort, silenziosissimo nonostante non sia un piano alto. Posizione eccellente, la zona è molto bella e la metro di trova a 5 minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo. Il proprietario super gentile e disponibile (ma meglio cambiare il phon :) ). Torneremo

I recommend it!

Nice apartment in a good location. There is a metro stop 1 block away, which makes it very convenient to all that Madrid has to offer. It is a 10 minute walk to a Super Mercado, but has a great convenience store next door. The apartment was fairly clean, has a wonderful shower and Javier was very good about responding to questions before our arrival. He also gave us lots of suggestions for restaurants, night clubs, activities, etc. after we arrived. The only downside was the noisy upstairs neighbors. There was a lot of stomping and banging, but it wasn't a huge problem because we went to bed late. However my friend, who stayed in the front bedroom, listened to a baby cry and heard lots of activity throughout the night, every night, making sleep difficult. I was in the back bedroom and it was quieter. Other than that, the accommodations worked well for us.

Very cute place. Right price. Close to metro for easy access to other parts of the city.

Javier was a great host, meeting us personally, giving us tips for restaurants and sites, and even a welcome bottle of wine. The place is very well appointed with a great interior style. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. No traffic noise. But kids sometimes play in the park in the back and that can be noisy, but it's a joyful noise.

Magnifique appartement dans un quartier pratique pour aller au centre ! Déco superbe.

Très bon accueil du proprietaire : serviable et sympathique. Il a mille bons conseils à donner. Un bon plan : un parking low coast très pratique. Merci Javier !! Équipements complets : cuisine, sèche cheveux, serviettes, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle... Très propre. Bonne literie. Un sans faute ! Dans une cour au calme. Quartier un peu à l'écart du plein centre, mais accessible à pied très facilement : nous n'avons jamais pris le métro. Tous les commerces à côté. A ne surtout pas rater !!
