Very convenient to YYT. However young kids above you makes sleeping in after a very late night arrival hard. Good value.

Great place to stay for getting out to airport in the early morning. Freezer fitted the two larger freezer bags i had of frozen fish! Overall the site was good. To be noted that this is a basement location amd there are tenets that have younger kids running around. Personally it didnt bother me at all but thought worth mentioning. Communication was excellent and host was responsive to my messages. Things i would suggest to improve to 5 would be fix squeaky doors (washroom) it is quite loud especially at nighttime. Perhaps a small guides on how to use TV setups/channels available. I understood but my older parent didnt understand why some channels were available. I would post your fridge/freezer size as this is a feature for folks like me that bring frozen cod back home on the plane.Overall this place was great for a quick stay and i will be recommending to my friends and family that travel frequently to and from Newfoundland. Thank you!
