Beautiful apartment with communal pool and a nice terrace. Located in the heart of Las Americas, halfway between Playa de Las Americas and Las Vistas, with a summer atmosphere all year round. Spacious and bright, with an exquisite decoration, it has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. Ideal for friends, families and business trips, as it has WiFi Internet Fiber to 1 G/s. It has all the ingredients to live a unique experience in Tenerife.

This magnificent accommodation with an unbeatable location, is ideal for families, friends and business trips as it has capacity for 4 people distributed in two bedrooms, the main one with queen bed and closet and access to the terrace, and the secondary one with two single beds and closet. It also has a bathroom equipped with shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy living room with 43” Smart TV, Fiber WiFi, a comfortable sofa, dining area and direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy a good lunch and the good weather of the place. For added convenience, a parking space is offered and the residential complex in which it is located has a communal pool.

With an unbeatable location, in a quiet street, a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest of Las Americas.

The house has a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, juicer, sandwich maker, hand blender, hair dryer, washing machine, 2 portable fans, iron, towels, sheets, crib, high chair and much more.

To access the accommodation, which is on the third floor, you have to climb stairs.

There is currently construction work in the complex's garage and some noise may be experienced during the day. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

Nagyszerű apartman, tökéletes elhelyezkedés

Kényelmes nagy apartman (mi ketten voltunk). Jó a lakás elrendezése, a terasz is megfelelő méretű. Talán egy kenyérpirítót érdemes lenne beszerezni. Minden megtalálható a közelben, éttermek, boltok, tengerpart. Bármikor szívesen visszatérünk!
