Este condominio privado de esquina de 3 dormitorios frente a la playa cuenta con impresionantes vistas panorámicas del Golfo de México. El encantador hall de entrada te lleva a la sala de estar abierta, la cocina y el comedor que dan al Golfo.

La suite principal del condominio de vacaciones Seacrest se encuentra fuera de la sala de estar y permite vistas del Golfo desde la cama king-size. La suite principal incluye un vestidor, vestidor, tocador doble, bañera profunda, ducha, inodoro y TV de pantalla plana.
El dormitorio 2 se encuentra fuera del hall de entrada y tiene una cama King, baño privado con combinación de bañera / ducha y TV de pantalla plana.
3 dormitorios con dos camas queen, TV de pantalla plana y baño.
Esta unidad de planta baja permite un fácil acceso a la playa directamente desde las puertas frontales del golfo.

This beachfront location is great and the property did not disappoint. Our family enjoyed a week here and we will be back! Steps to the beach, restaurants, shopping and even a local gym. Communication was excellent and consistent. We would highly recommend this property.

This property was absolutely stunning! The condo was extremely clean, we felt safe in the gated community, and the location on the first floor was so convenient for parking, walking to the pool and beach, and a pretty view. Communication was speedy and helpful. The beach location and pool were also ideal. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Our family of 4 stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend and loved every minute! The condo’s location could not be better-steps from the beach with beautiful views of the water! We enjoyed the use of the four bikes provided each day-very easy to bike to dinner in Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The only thing to note is there is very litttle as far as amenities for bathrooms and kitchen included so for those staying longer than a couple days you will need to keep that in mind but other than that the check in process was very smooth and communication was great with the property management. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo was super nice and right on the beach, but the beach area we had access to was so overcrowded. It appears everyone in the condos across the street also go to this area so everyone is packed in like sardines. The house next door have “private” beaches so nobody is able to setup camp on either side of this small piece of beach. It’s unfortunate because it’s a really great unit, the second time I’ve stayed in this condo complex, but because of the beach situation I may need to look elsewhere.

Beautiful view of the ocean!! We couldn’t see the beach because of the privacy hedges but that didn’t bother us because the view was still stunning and we loved the added privacy. The beach access was literally steps away which was a huge plus. I would recommend getting chairs reserved early if you want front row. We had 2nd row and it was very crowded. Overall we had a fabulous stay in a beautiful condo!!!

Try not to stock up on groceries for your stay--you will end up going out to eat more than you originaly planned. Bring regular tall 13 gal kitchen trash bags that makes keeping on top of trash easier. There is a remote for the parking area gate that we were not aware of untl we found it on the table inside the front door. Gate guards were very nice and helpful. A ramp to the beach would be great for HDCP or older guests. My wife was not able to go to the beach because of too many and steep stairs.She missed out on beach fun with our daughter. Fortunately she loves to read so she enjoyd the patio for outdoor reading time. If there was a ramp for wheel chairs or guests that have trouble navigating stairs, that would be a positive addition to the property

Annual beach vacation

Have stayed on 30A last 5 years, this is our favorite place so far. Everything about the property was excellent. We plan to book for next year too.

The BEST Location!

We have stayed on 30A in many condos and this has by far been the best location! Perfect to walk out to the beach with our 6 year old and my aging parents. We have already booked for next year!

We had a quick change of plans and picked this Vrbo. It was absolutely perfect and better than we thought it would be! Such a cute place!

Amazing stay!

We loved the condo. Views of the ocean were beautiful, the spaces were very comfortable with new modern furniture. We loved the walkability to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach for dining and shopping. We rented a car but did not actually need one! We plan to come back next year.
