Perfect spot for a couple looking to get to know the city.
This property was perfect. My wife and I stayed there for 5 nights and it had everything we needed. The location is the best part. Only a 6 minute walk to old town and a few minutes from a supermarket. Being walking distance from old town gave us so many opportunities to explore the city and the history. If we come back to Valencia we will definitely stay here again. The host was also very helpful and accommodating

This property is in a great location, within easy walking distance into the old town, very close to the metro station and a supermarket just across the road.
Communication with the host was excellent.
The only potential issue for some might be the steepness of the stairs going up to the mezzanine bedroom as they are quite steep. Please see photos.
We would highly recommend this property.
