About this space
Welcome to the ideal base for large families or groups of workers travelling to Leeds this summer.
Located in a leafy suburb of Leeds close to motorway links and around 10 mins drive to the city centre and all the attractions.
With four spacious bedrooms, one of which is conveniently located on the ground floor of the house. Our newly refurbished home can host up to 8 guests comfortably.
Free on-street parking right outside the front door is an added bonus.

The space
Welcome to our Contemporary, modern and cosy house, which has been thoughtfully designed with relaxation and comfort in mind providing a perfect summer retreat for families and friends.
Nestled in Morley, which is known for its historic Morley Town Hall, Markets and the Seven Hill Public Park.

4 Bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms:
Bedroom 1-
The first bedroom features a double bed. You'll find a wardrobe in the bedroom, providing ample storage space for your belongings and ensuring a clutter-free stay.
Bedroom 2 -
The second bedroom is equipped with a cosy double bed and has a window allowing a refreshing atmosphere.
Bedroom 3 -
The third bedroom also boasts a double bed and a wardrobe for clutter free experience. It is also equipped with a window, allowing natural light to fill the room and providing a pleasant view of the surroundings.
Bedroom 4 -
The fourth bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds, providing flexibility for sleeping arrangements. You'll also find a wardrobe in the bedroom, offering storage space for your belongings and helping you keep the room clutter-free.
It features windows that allow natural light to illuminate the space, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.
Living area:
The living area serves as the heart of our house, providing a perfect space for relaxation and entertainment. You can indulge in your favourite series and channels on our Smart TV or simply lounge in style.
Dining area and kitchen:
Adjacent to the living area, the dining area offers a wonderful spot to savour your freshly prepared meals. Our classy open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, making meal preparation a breeze. As you enjoy your food, you can also take in the lush green views outside the window and door, adding to the overall ambiance of the dining experience.
