This 6 bedroom house over 3 floors is newly renovated to a high standard in 2022. We have taken great care to ensure all modern essentials are provided such as Smart TV'S, USB plugs and unlimited Wifi. The Lounge has a relaxing Sofa and Smart TV.
There are Smart TV''s in some of the bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi throughout and modern décor, with everything you need for your stay. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and comes with the finest integrated appliances - microwave, fridge, oven, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has basic cleaning items provided. There are 2 Bathrooms in the house, one of them attached to bedroom 2, one family bathroom and an addtional WC downstairs.The Bathrooms come with basic amenities such as shower gels, towels and toiletries.
Guests will get access to an open plan living space and decorated to a very high standard, Smart TV, Free Wi-Fi throughout and modern décor, with everything you need for your stay.
At the back of the house there is a Garden with seating area perfect for summer nights.
There is also offroad parking for 2 cars.
Shops, bars, cafes and restaurants can be found around the shopping centre. There is a 5min drive to the centre of Leeds and there are plenty of supermarkets and shops on the doorstep.

Family grouo

The property is quiet so the bedrooms are crammed together and one does not have a door. Consequently we could all hear anyone moving about during the night. Kitchen equipment, bedding etc rather basic and garden furniture too dirty to use. Otherwise clean. No instructions provided on how to enter the property do had yo find a phone number to csll

Leeds Training Camp

Was in Leeds for a training camp at the Brownlee Triathlon Training Centre for a little over 2 weeks. Myself and 7 athletes. The house was great for all 8 of us plus bikes. Very clean and tidy. It took awhile to figure out the single unit washer / dryer combo, so drying clothes was a small challenge. Communication with the owners was a breeze, very quick to get back to me and polite and professional. The location was great close to all the training facilities as well as grocery shopping. We plan on being in Leeds annually for training and will be looking to stay at the same location whenever we are there. Highly recommended.
