The lovely spacious living and dining area is open plan with a double sided wood burner as the separating feature for this light and airy living space.

The dining table has seating for 6 and there is a 2 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs in the living room, TV and DVD player and a small selection of English channels through the cable network.

The kitchen is modern, spacious and fully equipped, with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher along with all modern utensils. Accessed from the kitchen is a large built in BBQ with outside sink.

On the same level as the living area there is one double bedroom with use of the ground floor shower room, upstairs is a further 2 bedrooms, one double master bedroom with an en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, both these bedrooms have patio doors leading out to the upstairs terrace which has views across the roof tops of the urbanization with a glimpse of the sea.

Villa Gaspar's outside area is well equipped with sun loungers and outside dining furniture around the pool, to the back of the villa there is a small planted garden with lavender, bougainvillea's and palms adding some colour and charm to this wonderful family villa. To the rear of the villa there is an outside Ping Pong table.

The infinity swimming pool is approx 9x4 meters.

The villa is situated on the hill above Lagos Marina and just up from the golden sands of Meia Praia, the Marina which is around a 15 minute walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is also about a 15-20 minute walk, with a variety of water sports activities available. Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 15 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30-minute drive.

Nearest shop: Pingo Doce is the nearest main supermarket it is a 20 minute walk away, there is a smaller shop close to the urbanization which supplies essentials.
Nearest restaurant: The Marina de Lagos has a variety of restaurants, many of which cater for families with young children, it is a 20 minute walk away but 5 minutes in the car.
Nearest beach: The Meia Praia is walkable in 15 minutes. Lifeguards are present throughout the summer season and there are some lovely restaurants all along the beautiful white sandy beach.
