The studio has the advantage of being in close proximity to Delicias metro station, Line 3, and the suburban train station (Renfe). Additionally, the availability of buses and taxis in the area ensures you'll always have additional transportation options at your disposal for comfortable navigation around the city and discovering all that Madrid has to offer.

-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.

-Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport upon check-in.

-Events and/or parties are not allowed.

-For stays of 28 days or longer, electricity and gas consumption are not included and will be the responsibility of the guest.-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
