On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a bright and inviting living and dining area featuring a characterful Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and a flat-screen television. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living space, providing direct access to the garden and a small balcony. The ground floor also includes 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, alongside a shower room with a separate WC and a double hand-basin. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, you will find a cosy lounge area with sloping ceilings, as well as the second bedroom, which also features sloping ceilings and is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This floor is served by its own shower room with WC. The property further benefits from 2 small terraces and a small balcony, all of which frame a beautiful view of the river.

Amenities Included

The property is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. In the kitchen, you will find a microwave, a mini-oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Senseo capsules, which are available as an extra.
