Located on the Brač island, Apartments Villa Rose offers lovely self-catering accommodation just few minutes away from beautiful beaches in the delightful town of Sumartin. Property offers three air-conditioned accommodation units, each with a terrace and breathtaking view of the Adriatic sea.

Shared BBQ facilities are also at guests' disposal.

Free private parking is available, reservation is not needed.

Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out.

Pets are not allowed.

This Studio apartment is situated on the first floor of the house. It provides you with lovely furnished shared terrace with sea view. Also, apartment features free WiFi, air-conditioning and SAT LCD TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a private bathroom. Kitchen comes with oven, stove, water kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and coffee machine, while bathroom is fitted with shower and hairdryer.
Ironing facilities are also on guests disposal.
This studio apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 persons.
