The apartment was ideal for our 3 day visit to Dubrovnik. The location is picturesque and our little patio extending out over the stairs is wonderful for an evening glass of wine. Small kitchenette with espresso machine and fridge was very nice to have available in our room. Nicely equipped with toaster, wine glasses, espresso cups, tea, coffee, A/C, etc etc. If we return to Dubrovnik, we would certainly stay here again. 😊

The BALCONY!! Having a room in the Old Town with private outdoor space was fantastic! The balcony is over the little walking street/alleyway and is incredibly charming! We had breakfast (pastries and coffee) on the balcony in the mornings and wine in the evenings. Interestingly we saw several tour groups stop at the end of the street to take pictures of the street - it is so pretty! Our host was awesome - he met us when we arrived to help us in and was so thoughtful to send a bottle of wine to me as we were there on my birthday.

I had sent several meshes prior to arrival that went unanswered. Our driver was not waiting for us at the airport. I had to walk up many steps to get to the assortment once I sorted out where it was. The property was very small. More like a small hotel room with a jotpot. I world not rent from them in the future.

Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf.

Wunderschöner Balkon. Hübsches kleines Studioapartment in ruhiger Lage.
