Apartment Emma - Two Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Sea View

Apartment Emma is located in Lapad, in the heart of modern Dubrovnik. It is ideally placed as it is only a 20 min walk away from both the historic Old City and downtown Dubrovnik. Luggage storage is available before check in and after check out. Private parking is provided, reservation is required. This beautiful two bedroom apartment is perfect fit for up to 5 people. It features 2 bedrooms - one bedroom with 2 single beds and one bedroom with large double bed. Living area features sofa - convertible single and cable TV. Air conditioning and free WiFi are provided. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and utensils. Private bathroom features washing machine, bathtub and hair dryer. Lovely furnished balcony provides sea view. Apartment Emma is situated in Lapad neighborhood only 2 km away from the historic Old Town and a short walk away from the best beaches Dubrovnik has to offer. The nearest beach is 10 minutes walk from the property. Bus station with a direct line to the Old City of Dubrovnik is 150 meters away. Grocery store, bus station, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in 300 meters range, as well as bakeries and ATM's. Lapad Promenade is 1.5 km away from the accommodation, the same distance as shopping center DOC. The nearest market is 250 m from the property, while the nearest pharmacy is 350 m away from the property. Dubrovnik airport is 21 km away from the property. Dubrovnik ferry port is located 3 km away, while main bus station is located 2,5 km away.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
