The villa spans 500 m² across two levels, with a contemporary premium design that blends harmoniously into the natural surroundings. It comfortably accommodates 12 guests in 5 bedrooms.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned, thoughtfully furnished with vanities, suitcase stands, wardrobes, premium bed linen, soft bath & pool towels, and indulgent APIVITA amenities.

One bedroom (1.60 × 2.00m) with balcony access and an adjacent modern bathroom with a shower cabin.

First Floor

Master bedroom: (1.80 × 2.00m), en-suite shower, 50’’ TV, safe, armchair that converts into a single bed, balcony with stunning sea views overlooking the pool.


Second bedroom: (1.60 × 2.00m), en-suite shower, armchair bed, balcony with sea view.


Two additional bedrooms: each with 2 single beds (0.90 × 2.00m), private balconies with patio furniture.


Family bathroom: double sinks, bathtub, shower, and enclosed washer and dryer.

Gym & playroom with treadmill, elliptical, workout bench, free weights, TRX, yoga equipment; playroom includes pool table, 65’’ smart TV, PlayStation 5, board games, bean bags, and a small fridge. Accordion glass doors allow the space to open fully to the outdoors for flexibility and fresh air.

Children’s playground, life-size chessboard, and outdoor living area.


Parking space for 3 cars within the villa premises.


Front Area – Pool & Relaxation

Heated 50 m² free-form swimming pool with counter-current system, shallow kids’ area, built-in seating for adults to enjoy drinks, 6 luxurious sunbeds, 4 bean bag loungers, poofs, round day bed, umbrellas, and outdoor shower. Pool heating is available for the full stay with one week's notice.

Outdoor kitchen & Monolith charcoal grill with dining table and Bluetooth speaker; accordion doors provide indoor/outdoor flexibility.


Fire pit with built-in cushioned sofa, cascading plunge pool, and multiple seating areas for ultimate relaxation.


Every corner of the outdoor area is thoughtfully landscaped with herbs, flowers, trees, and palm trees, creating a serene, luxurious environment where every age can find their perfect spot.
