Situated on a vast 30,000m² plot, Villa Nick provides complete seclusion and privacy. The meticulously landscaped gardens offer a serene setting, with numerous areas to relax and soak in the stunning surroundings. The large 17m x 4m saltwater swimming pool, with its beach-style shallow entry that extends to 17m x 7m, is perfect for families with children or for lounging in the warm Ibizan sun. The property also features a smaller winter pool, heated to 35°C during the winter season, providing an ideal spot for enjoying a refreshing dip or an ice-cold drink on summer afternoons.



Adjacent to the pool, a tranquil chill-out area with a white gazebo and an ancient olive tree provides ample shade. This is a perfect spot to unwind on the comfortable white sofa seating, whether it’s under the sun or the stars. Closer to the house, an additional spacious sun terrace offers more space for al fresco relaxation, making it an ideal location to greet the sunrise or enjoy Ibiza’s famous sunsets.



The villa’s modern interiors are bathed in natural light, featuring elegant living areas and generously sized bedrooms, each with its own private terrace. The sleek, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto an outdoor dining area with views over Mediterranean gardens. Alternatively, guests can enjoy meals indoors at the breakfast bar or the sunlit dining table. The main living area, adorned with cream sofas and white walls, flows onto a terrace with comfortable lounge seating and picturesque sea views.



The villa's sleeping arrangements are nothing short of luxurious, with five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering air conditioning, private terraces, and en-suite bathrooms. The master suite, located on the first floor, includes two connected rooms with sliding glass doors, double beds, a steam bath, and direct access to a spacious terrace with stunning sea views.



Villa Nick is well-suited for retreats, photo shoots, weddings, honeymoons, and romantic getaways. It provides the perfect setting for business trips and family vacations, offering something for every type of guest.



Additional Costs and Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of €10,000 is required and will be charged 7 days before arrival. This deposit will be collected via credit card and refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that children aged 2 years and above are charged as adults at this property, and a cot can be provided upon request for children aged 0-1 years at no extra cost. However, additional beds or cots are not available for older children or adults.



Included Services:

Housekeeping is provided for 6 hours per day, Monday through Saturday, with towels and linens changed twice weekly.



Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard check-in time is at 16:00, and check-out is at 10:00.
