The ground floor consists of a lounge with double sofabed, TV and DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dining area and breakfast bar. This leads to the bathroom which has a toilet, bidet, and sunken bath/shower. There is a mirrored vanity area outside the bathroom with a double wash basin and hairdryer.
Beyond the bathroom is the double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan.

The first floor consists of a mezzanine area with double sofa bed and ceiling fan. This leads to the second bathroom which has a toilet and shower. There is a mirrored vanity area outside the bathroom with a double wash basin and hairdryer.
Beyond the bathroom is the twin bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan.

Further outdoor details

There is a small sun terrace leading from the upstairs bedroom via a single key operated patio door. There is a comfortable furnished patio area situated at the front of the villa including a large table with seating and sun parasol.

There are a selection of English TV channels as well as local channels. Wifi and internet access is available at a fee through Reception.
There is a choice of many restaurants and bars within a 10 minute stroll along the promenade, the nearest being 5 minutes away. Many of which are highly recommended. A short stroll along the promenade will also lead you to the local arts and crafts market in Pueblo Marinero square on a Wednesday and Friday evening.
