We booked this property mainly for the first picture. The pool outside the room though was unfortunately closed. After speaking to the main desk they advised it had been like this for months and the host would have been well aware but this wasn’t communicated to us and would have been a deal breaker if we had known. This meant we had to carry our sunbeds to another pool and back every day. If we had been told about this earlier we would 100% have cancelled the booking. The room was relatively clean with all things needed for a self catering holiday. Both beds were comfy so I can’t fault that part

We were not informed by the hotel that the children’s pool was going to be closed, and we only became aware of the situation after your message. Unfortunately, as has happened on other occasions, the hotel did not notify us in advance. Regarding the use of sunbeds, moving them to another pool was your own decision. The main pool remained open, and it includes a ramp for easy access, where a child could also safely enjoy the water if desired. We completely understand your frustration, and we truly regret the situation. However, as you can appreciate, this is not something within our control to fix. Great location, open views to pool and sea beyond, on site bars supermarket, walk along sea front flat no more than 15 minutes and in the action areas. Wifi was a little in an out, otherwise, nice area, safe, worth a visit !

The apartment is in a great location, right next to the pool. Close proximity to restaurants, bars and shops, and only a short distance to the beaches.All enquiries to the owner were responded to very quickly.

The accomodation had everything we needed and we enjoyed our holiday. The listing stated that there was aircon however there isn't so I think that should be amended. Some of the furnishings and inside of cupboards/wardrobes could do with a clean if i'm honest. Wine was a nice touch thank you.

Great week with the family

Great property, lovely complex. We had a fantastic time all in all. The overall resort, is a tiny bit tired and has it's quirks but it grows on you so that towards the end you don't want to leave.

Great Villa and Host.

We have been visiting Sands Beach regularly over the last 15 years and have stayed in quite a few different villa's over that period. I must admit this was up there with the best of them. I would definitely stay here again 😁🌞

Never met the owners had difficulty getting into the villa.i would have expected expected a better welcoming package. Like milk etc asked if we would get fresh towels got told we would. We didnt get any I had to wash the ones we used the . The villa is amazing needs a bit of TLC we loved how close to the pool we were ,wonderful surroundings We would return again
